Guests will enjoy exclusive access to 2 private apartments in a 4-unit building. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include driveway and free street parking, shared coin laundry facilities in the basement, and 2 back patios with a propane BBQ grill. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise Aware devices do not have recording features).

Property listed as non-pet friendly but we may make exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank and firewood is not provided. The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use. The fireplace is not an available amenity.
AC Units:
Unit C - window unit in the living room, portable unit in the queen bedroom.
Unit D - window unit in the living room, portable unit in the bunk bedroom.
For the safety and security of our owners and guests, we require all guests to sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes uploading a government-issued ID and a selfie. This process helps prevent fraudulent activity and protect the interests of everyone involved. Guests will be provided a boarding pass link with access to an online boarding pass that will have step-by-step instructions on how to access the property.
Long Term Rentals (30 days or more) require a security deposit.
Enjoy our complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets, where applicable. Please note that any extra supplies desired beyond the starter kit are the responsibility of the guests.
