Die Kombination aus Lage, Komfort und Luxus lässt sich nur schwer erreichen. Wir befinden uns im Carlsbad Village. Die Lage ist wahre Perfektion mit so vielen tollen Restaurants und Geschäften. 1 Block vom Strand entfernt, der auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Hier beginnen sowohl die obere als auch die untere Strandpromenade und es gibt eine schöne Auffahrt, Strandbadezimmer und in den Sommermonaten einen bemannten Rettungsschwimmerturm.

Neu erbaut und möbliert, ist dies eine der schönsten Wohnungen in Carlsbad und entspricht einem 5-Sterne-Luxushotel, aber mit 2900 Quadratmetern, einer Gourmetküche, 4 großen Schlafzimmern, einer sicheren privaten Garage für 2 Autos und einem Master mit Meerblick unglaubliche Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den schönen Pazifik und Carlsbad Village. Sie müssen nicht überall hinfahren, da es nahe genug ist, um den ganzen Tag vom Strand und Dorf zu kommen und zu gehen, wenn Sie Ihr eigenes Ding oder in einer Gruppe machen möchten.

Die Master-Suite ist 800 Quadratmeter groß und hat einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Sie blickt nach Westen zum Meer mit einer herrlichen Brise und einem kleinen Blick auf das Meer. Plüsch-Master-Bad mit Badewanne / Whirlpool und separater Fliesen- / Glasdusche, His & Her-Waschbecken, separater Make-up-Theke und eigener Toilette mit Tür. Das Master Deck hat eine Wendeltreppe zum privaten 12 x 12 Dach / Sonnendeck mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und das Dorf.

This condo is great for our large family. It’s very clean and Kimmy, the host, is very accessible. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked & there are plenty of beach towels & toys. It’s rare to have 4 king sized beds & a garage. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and of course the beach! This was our 3rd stay & we’ll be back!

This home is exceptional! The location is perfect - close to all that Carlsbad Village has to offer and also so close to the beach. But the neighborhood was quiet too. The property was spotless, right down to the underground garage. I'm particular about sheets, towels, and bed linens, and this home didn't disappoint. Everything was very comfortable and high quality. The kitchen was well-stocked, but we didn't use much of it because we wanted to visit local restaurants instead of cooking our own meals. The hosts were easy to reach when the smoke detector battery started chirping, and they had it fixed right away. There were a bunch of sand toys, chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon to take everything over to the beach. Honestly, this was the perfect place to stay while visiting Carlsbad and the San Diego area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything you might want!

This rental worked out so good for our group of 8 which included 4 children. It is very spacious - the kitchen along with paper products were well stocked -lots of beach items were available - great parking options - beds were so comfortable and it’s close to the beach and downtown. The manager was quick to take care of any questions or concerns. I really can’t say enough good things about this location.

Great place!!!

Wow. This place was everything it said it was and more. It was so luxurious and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Roof deck is pretty cool, but a bit cramped. Living room was so comfortable it was tough to take the trip up there, but we made it a few time. I loved the basement garage. If we ever go back to Carlsbad we will certainly stay here.

The roof deck is a little cramped and measures 10 feet by 10 feet and is intended as a private retreat/sun deck for the master Bedroom and was never intended for entertaining. It's one of the very few Condos in Carlsbad that even have a roof deck. The views of the ocean and Village are wonderful from the roof deck.

Spacious and well appointed. Perfect vacation rental!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Michael's property. first of all, the pictures on line do not do it justice. There was plenty of room for 8 people and everything was clean, and ready to use. One small problem with the garbage disposal was resolved within about 10 minutes after bringing to Michael's attention. One morning, after discovering that a few members of our group were surfers, he dropped off a board for us to use. Beach is about 2 blocks away, and location is perfect to check out the village and Wednesday farmer's market. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations.

Great location! Short walk to the beach. House comes with beach chairs, towels, etc. The parking garage was so handy! Kimmy was quick to fix any issues we had. BBQ grill needed attention-they fixed it. Master bath toilet handle wasn't working right-they offered to fix it immediately. Water temperature for showering could've been warmer. They had plenty of extra necessities such as toilet paper, soap, and trash bags-which was so nice. You can't see the ocean from this location-even from the roof, but it's still a great location in the village. Overall, great experience!

Great location, walking distance to the beach and town, spacious, downside-close to train tracks.

This house has a great location. We could easily walk to the beach and town. We never used our cars once we got to Carlsbad. The house is spacious and fit the 7 of us easily. There was also parking for 2 cars (garage) and a few additional spots (outside). There was a large side yard with a table and lounge chairs. There is also a small rooftop area where you could see a sliver of the ocean. Unfortunately there is a hotel currently getting built that is blocking some of the view. There were plenty of beach chairs for us to use. On the downside the house is very close to the train tracks. The train whistle did wake us up ( very early in the morning). Trains are part of Southern California beach communities, but the tracks were very close to the house. Also there was no coffee table in the family room, which we thought was odd. The other complaint was it was not as clean as other houses we have rented in the past. We had to wipe many of the dishes because they were dusty and some of the wine glasses had red wine on them. There were also a lot of plastic plants and dried flower arrangements. These were very dusty and a few of the people with allergies were bothered by the dust.

Thank you for your feedback. Given the great location, yes...the 1 block distance from the train tracks and the charm of the train whistle is part of the experience of the Village. Perhaps staying inland is better suited for your group. I’m so sorry regarding your hyper sensitivity to the the two plastic houseplants that may have been dusty. I’ll look into that right away. The coffee table was removed due to guests request for small children and their safety. Perhaps you did not see the retractable, small tables we have provided located in plain view for your use. As for dishes that were dusty or residual wine in a glass, thank you for your patience, I will bring it to our excellent cleaning team as this is how we maintain our 5 star rating.

We rented this condo in Carlsbad Village for our entire family during my son’s wedding week and it was absolutely spectacular. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable for everyone, with plenty of room to gather together while still allowing privacy when needed.The condo was beautifully maintained and stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need — from the kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras that made our stay so easy and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was perfect for enjoying Carlsbad, and having such a beautiful, welcoming place to stay made our wedding weekend even more special and memorable for our family. We had a extended family gathering and this place was right on point close enough to everything for all ages from 2 to 86. Fun times and good memories were made by all.

Great stay!

Thank you to Kimmy our host. The property was beautiful, couldn’t have been more stocked with everything you needed or might need. There is nothing negative to say about anything for our stay . Was more than satisfied . Will definitely recommend here , close to everything.

Beautiful property in awesome location

We spent 3 weeks at this beautiful property and enjoyed every minute. Communications with Kimmy were really helpful and efficient. The property is in excellent condition and well stocked. Specifically, it has many beach chairs, umbrellas, bodyboards, etc. and even a cool wagon to pull everything to beach. One minor issue with the A/C unit was resolved quickly and seamlessly. The location is fantastic as it is short walk to beach and walking distance to many fabulous restaurants and wine bars, many with live music. Even sailed the ocean a couple of times out of nearby Oceanside. The parking situation is a real plus as the unit has 2 car private garage. This is really helpful for a property so close to the beach. Unlike many beach resort towns, Carlsbad Village was not overcrowded, even during summer high season. Great vibe in the Village without long lines. Totally loved this property in wonderful Carlsbad Village.

Living in Carlsbad for 30 years now my Husband and I stay active with all that the coastal lifestyle has to offer. We are avid Pickleball players and also love biking, walking, running, surfing, swimming or building sand castles! Our large family has different interests along and we cherish the coast and our together time.
We built and designed these condos from the ground up and was our personal home for many years. We paid special attention to quality, detail, and high end amenities that were important to a luxurious feel but also captures comfort of the Earth and the Beach.

We feel Carlsbad and specifically Carlsbad Village is the nicest beach town along the entire Coast line, primarily because of the beautiful year round weather, very close access to the Ocean and our miles of amazing sandy beaches, good surfing and the large variety of shops and restaurants that Carlsbad Village has to offer. Really seems to have everything we've hoped for in a coastal community...we love it here.

the combination of location, convenience and luxury is hard to beat. Were located in Carlsbad Village with many different restaurants and shops and 1 block from the beach posted in the pictures, which is where both the upper and lower beach boardwalks begin. There's a nice access ramp, beach bathrooms and also a manned lifeguard tower in the summer months. This unit is one of the nicest condos in Carlsbad and consistent with a 5 star luxury hotel, but with spacious 3000 square feet, a gourmet kitchen, a secure private 2 car garage and a huge master with an incredible roof deck that looks to the beautiful pacific ocean and Carlsbad Village downtown. No need to drive...walk everywhere as it's close enough to come and go from the beach and Village all day when you want to do your own thing or in a group.
