Diese atemberaubende familienfreundliche Strandwohnung befindet sich direkt vor dem Sandstrand von Carlsbad, der zum besten Strand der USA gewählt wurde! Die Vermietung am Strand bietet von fast jedem Zimmer einen riesigen Meerblick und ein wunderschönes neues Dekor an der Küste.

Zusätzlich zu einem wunderbar ausgestatteten Haus mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten für Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer stellen wir Ihnen gerne Liegestühle, Strandtücher, Sandspielzeug, Sonnenschirme und Boogie-Boards zur Verfügung. Unser Strandwagen ist perfekt, um die Kinder zum Picknick an den Strand zu bringen oder um in das Dorfgebiet zu unserem lustigen Bauernmarkt zu fahren.

Die Wohnung am Strand verfügt über 3 Kingsize-Betten und ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig mit wunderschönem Küstendekor. Die Küche und das Esszimmer mit Strandblick sind komplett ausgestattet, sodass Sie Gourmet-Mahlzeiten zubereiten können. Diese Wohnung ist alles auf einer Ebene, ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Der weltberühmte Strand von Carlsbad liegt direkt gegenüber und das bezaubernde Dorf Carlsbad ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang über die Strandpromenade entfernt. Wir haben wunderbare Orte zu jedem und einkaufen nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Carlsbad Flower Fields, Legoland, Sea World, der San Diego Zoo, der Wild Animal Park und vieles mehr sind leicht zu erreichen. Das Alga Community Pool ist in der Nähe und Kinder werden es nie mehr missen wollen, es ist ein fantastischer Wasserpark.

Great spring break spot

We had a great time staying in Carlsbad for spring break; the condo is a lot bigger than it seems from photos. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. We were able to walk into town for dinner each night and the drive into San Diego proper is very quick. It was a little chilly to get in the water but we still spent some quality time at the beach just outside the condo.

Classy in Carlsbad

Excellent location across the street from the beach and down the road from the Village and all the shopping and restaurants. Big unit with lots of space to spread out. Very clean and comfortable. Large shared garage was super convenient - our large SUV fit fine. Would absolutely book again.

Beautiful, Bright Unit with a great view

The place was the entire second story of a three story building. Glad there was an elevator from the garage. The unit was nice and bright with a great view of the ocean. Lots of amenities - towels, beach towels and equipment, kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils. The main shopping area of Carlsbad was within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable. Nice and quiet. Could not hear others in other rooms in the unit nor from other units in the building. Very little noise from outside either. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing beach vacation spot, highly recommend

Walking into this condo, we were immediately taken with the views, the spaciousness and the overall care the owner had taken with the setup and the proximity to the beach. We had a wonderful trip with our 3 children, taking full advantage of the beach and downtown Carlsbad. We will absolutely be back next summer and super appreciate all the ways Saundra made our stay seamless.

Peaceful, relaxing, perfect location!

The listing description & photos are super accurate. It was as expected thankfully! It was so nice to walk right across the street to the beach & walking trails. It is a block to a fantastic Italian restaurant, a short walk to the main downtown area with great brunch & dinner spots as well as cute shops, 5 minutes to Von’s grocery store, & less than 30 to hike Annie’s Canyon, Kyak sea caves in La Jolla, & explore the beach towns. Loved the trip! Especially enjoyed our mornings & evenings on the patio overlooking the ocean!

Enjoyable stay

Owner has several little details looked after to make the stay more enjoyable such as ample towels and dishware. Views are great! Lots of space and a great location with easy walk to Carlsbad center. I would stay here again.

Girls trip

Came to stay for a mother daughter’s trip. The owner Saundra is absolutely the kindest woman and really does her best to make you feel at home! The property manager however was a bit difficult to communicate with prior to our trip, but VRBO took care of the minor issue we had and it all got figured out. Overall things went ok. While the location is truly fantastic, we were a bit disappointed in the condition of the unit. It really needs a good deep clean and some major updating. Furniture is pretty run down, although the beds were clean and nice. Bathrooms are really outdated and had bare minimum amenities, but the view off the deck is beautiful so it made up for it. We did do a load of laundry at the end of our trip, only to find out the dryer wasn’t working. The owner called me a day before check in to let me know that that they were having issues with it, but had someone coming to fix it. She said it would be fixed before we got there. Upon check in nothing else was said so we assumed it was fixed but that wasn’t the case. Traveled home with a bag of wet clothes. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but for the cost of this unit, we expected a bit more. Regardless still had a good time. Thanks for letting us stay.

This was the BEST place to stay if you are looking for a beach vacation. It is centrally located to all of the cute shops in Carlsbad. The view of the ocean will take your breath away. The hostess is amazing. Her communication and tips are so helpful. We will be back.!!!

A week well spent

Lovely location overlooking the Carlsbad boardwalk along Carlsbad Blvd. Exceptionally clean, amenities galore, and amazing sunsets. Host provides everything needed for a relaxing stay AND the restaurant recommendations were spot-on. Three happy seniors were sorry to leave at the end of the week.

The owner is a wealth of information about Carlsbad.

We 4 seniors stepped into the condo and saw the view - all 4 jaws dropped in awe! The ocean is absolutely gorgeous. A 180-degree panoramic, undisturbed, blue water spectacle greeted us. We loved everything about the condo- lots of room, very well-equipped, large fluffy towels, easy parking, close to great dining and shopping. We have stayed in many Carlsbad places, but we won’t forget this one!
