Neu auf dem Vermietungsmarkt! Unser Haus liegt direkt am Strand im Dorf Karlsbad. Schöner Blick auf die Wellen vom großen Balkon unseres dreistöckigen Stadthauses. Geräumiger offener Wohnbereich mit moderner Küche, Esszimmer, Familienzimmer und 2 großen Hauptschlafzimmern mit Badezimmern. Ein dritter Bonusraum an einen Master für zusätzlichen Schlafplatz. Alle Möbel und Haushaltsgegenstände sind brandneu! Zwei neue super bequeme Kingsize-Betten und ein neues Ausziehbett mit zwei Doppelmatratzen. Plus ein neues Queen Schlafsofa mit den besten Bewertungen. Arbeitsbereich (neuer Schreibtisch und Stuhl) im großen Hauptschlafzimmer mit viel Tageslicht. Neuer 5-Flammen-Grill. Das Haus ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß (ein paar Blocks) vom bezaubernden Carlsbad Village entfernt. Wir haben 4 Erwachsenenfahrräder, 1 Kinderfahrrad sowie Boogie-Boards, Stühle, Sonnenschirm und Spielzeug - alles, was Sie für einen Tag voller Spaß am Strand brauchen. Es gibt eine Garage für 2 Autos (passt nicht in Vorstädte, aber wir haben Platz in der Einfahrt für ein großes Auto). Die Badezimmer sind Duschen (keine Wannen) und sind etwas älter, funktionieren aber einwandfrei. Voll ausgestattet mit neuen Handtüchern und Badeprodukten. Die Küche ist neu und sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet mit allen Küchenutensilien, die für Ihre Kocherleichterung zur Verfügung stehen. Drei neue 55-Zoll-Smart-Flachbildfernseher. Es gibt einen privaten Hinterhof für zusätzlichen Platz zum Entspannen, Kochen auf dem Grill oder um Kinder sicher herumlaufen zu lassen, und der Blick auf das Meer von der Küche ist von unschätzbarem Wert. Unser Haus ist eine gute Wahl für Ihren nächsten Urlaub!

We loved our stay in Carlsbad! This property was ideal. The location is amazing with its proximity to the beach and Carlsbad Village. Everything was clean and so pretty inside and out. Amazing house! Very clean when we came in, communication with the host was great. The location was perfect as well. The home is as pictured, with amazing views of the ocean across the street. Tropical storm Rachel created incredible waves during our stay, which brought much entertainment watching the surfers! The beds were comfortable. It's important to know there is no AC or ceiling fans (listing does not mention either way), standing fans only. We weren't aware until we arrived that this is common in the area. It was unseasonably warm during our stay and we were there for a wedding so no AC was disappointing. However, Mike was very responsive when we reported the fan in the main living area was broken and a replacement was delivered the next day. I advise you to report any issues you find because, after we checked out, Mike messaged that we had broken a few items. We didn't knowingly break anything so I've asked for details about the items broken with no reply, even after a second follow up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the home is in a great location... short walk to the beach or to the center of town.

As noted in our listing, the home does not have air conditioning, which is common for coastal properties in Carlsbad. We provide several large floor fans throughout the home and were happy to arrange a replacement when you reported an issue with one of the fans. We would also like to clarify the situation regarding the damaged items. Following your departure, our cleaning team discovered a broken lamp and trash can. We simply reached out to ask whether you knew what might have happened. This was an inquiry, not an accusation, and we regret that it was interpreted otherwise. We take great pride in caring for our home and providing an excellent experience for our guests, as reflected in our reviews over the past eight years. We're pleased that you otherwise enjoyed your stay in Carlsbad.

This is a great house! The location couldn't be better, such easy walking to the Village and the beach is just across the street. The views of the ocean and sunset are wonderful. We had a wonderful stay at this home. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and we slept the best we’ve ever slept at a vacation rental! A little bummed about the construction right in front but that didn’t ruin our trip and we know these things happen and are necessary for upkeep in the area. We saw lots of marine life while enjoying our coffee on the patio. That was definitely my favorite spot. Beautiful space!

Perfect location

We loved staying at this property. Right across from the beach and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we vacation in Carlsbad again.

Family beach vacation

This was a lovely property with plenty of space for our whole family. Perfect walking distance to the beach as well as some restaurants. We’d love to stay here again!

We had a perfect stay from every perspective. The home was immaculate, thoughtfully and thoroughly outfitted; the amazing location was across the road from the wonderful, clean, walkable beach, and also a few minutes' walk from the charming downtown. Our host Mike responded to our questions promptly. We would return in a heartbeat!

Great Place!

Property was as advertised, very clean, great location, very comfortable, well equipped with the necessities and more. One of the best short term rentals I have stayed in.
