We are proud to host you in our beautiful, sunny, mid-century modern home in North Denver, centrally-located in a quiet neighborhood only 15 mins from the heart of downtown and 20 mins from Boulder. Featuring three private and cozy bedrooms, a large, generously-stocked kitchen, and eco-friendly combination washer/dryer, our charming abode is perfect for remote workers, traveling nurses, families, and Rocky Mountain explorers looking for all the comforts of a true home-away-from-home.

--LIVING ROOM--
Take advantage of free street parking then walk a few short steps to the front door and access via your personal smart lock code. Inside you will find a sparklingly clean and thoughtfully-appointed living area, featuring brand new furnishings, from the retro breakfast nook to the deceptively cozy modern sofa and living room. Here you can use the huge 58" Roku smart TV to access your favorite streaming accounts or enjoy YouTube and other free programming.

--KITCHEN--
Past the dining nook you will find a large, chef-inspired kitchen with quartz countertops to satisfy all your cooking needs. This airy space features garden box windows for maximum sunlight and ventilation. Along with the 5-burner gas range, double oven, toaster, microwave, blender, and refrigerator, this space is always stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, cooking oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. We also keep local coffee and assorted teas on hand, and offer either a French press or drip coffee maker.

--BEDROOMS--
Down the hall, take your pick of three serene bedrooms, each with it's own unique vibe and mattress style, to accommodate any sleeping preference. Bedroom one has a king-sized bed with a soft memory foam mattress, while bedroom two has a firmer queen-sized premium mattress. Bedroom three features a bunk bed with a full on bottom and a twin on top (both medium firmness), and perfectly accommodates children or group vacations (*note that top bunk is rated for up to 250 pounds). Finally, we gladly keep a pack-and-play with a bassinet option on hand, for those traveling with babies.

--BATHROOM/LAUNDRY--
In the shower you'll enjoy strong water pressure and ample hot water, along with hotel-style shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers. Alternatively, you may unwind from the day with a relaxing soak in the tub (and free bath bombs!). The bathroom also features a convenient and eco-friendly combination washer/dryer for your laundry needs. These units are popular in Europe and cut the work in half by both washing and drying in a single machine! (*Because this is an energy-efficient appliance, please allot approximately 4 hours for a complete cycle).
