We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You’ll have access to the entire home. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms provide restful options for everyone in your group of up to five. The primary suite holds a king bed with ample closet space and soft lighting. A second bedroom offers a queen bed with a top-rated mattress, while the third bedroom includes a twin bed, a vintage desk, and accent décor that adds a touch of character. Each room is thoughtfully prepared with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades to ensure a peaceful night.

Bathroom
The home features one bathroom designed with style and convenience in mind. You will find ornate tilework, a walk-in glass shower, and polished brass accents alongside shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essentials. A hair dryer, towels, and cleaning products are also provided so you can refresh with ease after a day in the city or nearby trails.

Kitchen & dining
The bright farmhouse kitchen is ready for every kind of meal, from quick snacks to sit-down dinners. With a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and baking sheet, you have everything you need for cooking. Cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are stocked, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. A dining table comfortably seats five, making it simple to gather for a shared meal.

Living spaces
Relax in the spacious living room where a leather sofa invites you to unwind. Enjoy the smart TV for streaming or connect with the included Ethernet and fast Wi-Fi. Discovering Denver and its surroundings is a breeze when you rent a car or use a ride-share service. While Denver's public transportation network is dependable, it can't quite match the freedom and convenience of having your own four-wheeled mode of transport. To get the most out of your visit, we recommend making the most of car rental or ride-share services.



Please note that this home shares a driveway and backyard with another house. However, rest assured that the living spaces are completely separate, ensuring a private and enjoyable stay. There is designated parking for two cars on the left side of the driveway. The right side is reserved for residents of the guest house.
