Large Home, Hot Tub, Close to Lakes and Shopping

Mountain Time is a larger, 2 story home that can sleep up to 9 guests. Located very close to the golf course, Lake Pagosa, shopping and bike riding. This home has Air Conditioning and also a hot tub to enjoy.

The main floor is on the 2nd level where you find the large kitchen and eating area, living room with TV and gas fireplace. Down the hall is the master king bed suite with private bath and 2 other king bed bedrooms that share a common full bath in the hall. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to cook for the family and has wonderful views from the eating area. The living room is a perfect size for the group to hang out and has access to the rear patio with a gas fireplace, gas grill and hot tub.

Downstairs is a perfect kids rooms with 3 twins and a TV. This room has a full bathroom just off of it and a special little play nook under the stairs.
There is no guest parking in this garage.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home does not allow pets.

This home has 2 outdoor cameras, a nest camera facing the driveway and street and a nest camera in the back area facing the gas fire pit and BBQ.

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

Family Memories Made

Beautiful, spacious house with easy access to Pagosa! We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave! It’s a quiet neighborhood and close to Pagosa Lake with beautiful views. Great downstairs area for kids. We will definitely try to book again next time we come.

Great Vacation House!

Property was great, rooms were very nice and clean. Bunk room was great for the kids. We enjoyed using the hot tub and fire pit! Kitchen was well stocked. The rep was very responsive to questions, which was great.There is only one master suite, so the second family had to use the hall/main bath. The bed/nook under the stairs was really neat, but it had hair the comforter, and the fitted sheet had some stains, so we did not use it.

We were very comfortable

The property was great. The only thing was the cleaning was not that detail. There were crumbs in the rugs and carpets. The hot tub was not clean it was pretty dirty. But we got some supplies delivered and we were able to go in. Overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

The description of the home clearly states that the garage is a game room to be enjoyed by all guests and that there is no parking in the garage. This home has ample parking for cars. Hiking and Hot Tub

So close to the mountains and the lakes yet convenient to Pagosa. This 4 bedroom property was great for our family. We were able to hang out here and use the indoor pool table and the outdoor hot tub. Beds are all memory foam and I had never slept on those but I slept well and woke up each day ready to take on the new adventures. There are stairs up and down in the house but other than that anyone can get around in this beautiful house. A really cool spot is the kids room downstairs with bunkbeds and beanbags.

Nice, but not Ideal for Larger Groups

We recently stayed at this home near the golf course in Pagosa Springs for a ski trip with two families, including children aged 8, 10, and 13. The location is convenient, and the back patio is a highlight, offering stunning sunset views from the hot tub or fire pit. However, the house is not particularly secluded, with homes nearby in all directions.A few notes for future guests:•TVs: There are only two TVs in the house, with none in the top floor bedrooms. The only exception is the downstairs bunk room, which may be important for families who prefer TVs in sleeping areas.•Hot Water: The biggest downside of our stay was the lack of hot water. The home does not have a tankless water heater, so hot water runs out quickly. This was a significant inconvenience for our large group, as showering had to be carefully planned.

Perfect Framily Vacation

Stayed for Spring Break with my family, my best friend's family, and her parents. Altogether we had 6 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 10-13. The house was perfect for our large group. It was nice that the kids had their own area downstairs and even a little reading nook under the stairs! We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back for Spring Break next year! Positives: *Location-close to town for eating and shopping and 35 minutes from Wolf Creek. *Kitchen was well equipped even had an air fryer, blender, and crock pot for us to use. Space-large kitchen and rooms, plus separation for kids and adults *Hot tub was great except for walking through snow to get to it. Firepit, and grill were unable to access due to snow and ice on ground but can't really fault anyone for that. Negatives (we would still stay here again despite these but just want to call out for others) *not enough seating for 10 people in the living room, couch was comfortable but small *no drawers for clothing in bedrooms so had to live out of suitcases *hot water heater could not keep up when everyone needed to shower after a day skiing. We started conserving by turning water off periodically during showers and keeping them quick but someone always had a cold shower or had to wait and shower later. All in all you won't be sorry if you choose this cute house!

This house is now among our top choices, we're staying there again in March. The house is recently renovated and well equipped. Easily sleeps 2 families with the potential for more. All of the appliances, counter top appliances, dishes, utensils...plenty of them and clearly new. Home is stylish and cozy, perfectly located a mile from City Market and 35 mins from Wolf Creek.
