This 2 bedroom property has been recently remodeled and is ready for guests! All new furniture, appliances, AC units, paint, light fixtures, and more! Located less then a block from the sparkling waters and white sands of the Emerald Coast beaches! Have a boat? Boat parking is available on site with a public boat launch mins away! Sidewalks and walking paths from the property to the beach! As you step inside you will enjoy no carpet in the entire property and relaxing coastal colors. Downstairs boasts a dining room, living room, half bath, kitchen and back patio. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances to include glass top stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, and fridge (all NEW in June 2022). The living room features a queen pull out sleeper sofa. Upstairs boasts two bedrooms, loft area, full bathroom, and full size washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. All bedrooms, dining room and living room have ceiling fans in addition to central AC (All new in June 2022).
Need additional room or want to vacation with family and friend? Ask us about adjoining unit availability. This building features multiple adjacent properties that are almost identical and we can accommodate large groups who would like to stay together in the same location.

Quiet Getaway

Location was perfect for a getaway with my husband for a few days. Quiet location and just a short walk to the beach. House was clean and like new. Will recommend to friends/family and use for future vacations!

Nice condo; no pool

Condo was very clean and neat inside. Newly updated with most things you’ll need. Could use a blow dryer and a full length mirror though. The parking area stayed flooded with water for the whole stay. FYI this unit doesn’t have a pool and doesn’t have direct access to the beach.

Thank you for staying at our property. So sorry that you had to deal with the parking lot. The city repaved the road and it made some issues with the current city drainage. This issue is in the works for resolving with the city and should be totally resolved by the new year. We hope to host you again in the future!

It was apartment land back there

The area is a little sketchy to be honest. All kinds of people walking the streets at all times of night and you could definitely tell it wasn’t travelers and most were not very friendly people. The sheets on the couch bed was absolutely disgusting. Hair, dirt, and stains. I have pictures. The floors were still covered with sand when we first arrived. The sheets and the floor could’ve been prevented but the description of a “condo” was not it

Pleasantly surprised.

This property location was a bit sketchy when viewed online and even when pulling up, especially with no reviews! We only tried it because it said it was updated in June 2022. When we walked in the unit…we were pleasantly surprised! The place was clean and had a nice, updated and fresh look to it. I’m a bit OCD so I was impressed with the cleanliness. There was ample enough space for my family of 5 and the beach was a quick walk across the street. Destin activities were only 5 miles away. Nice, quiet location-I would stay again. The kitchen had all new appliances and everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals. The only suggestion based on my personal preference is to update the bathrooms more- inside would be a perfect 5 if there were no old school tiles in there. It makes it look a little dated. Otherwise my family enjoyed the space! The actual location, even though it looks sketchy, it was really quiet. No safety concerns. The only issue we had was when it rained the parking lot flooded a little and we couldn’t park in the spaces. I hope this review helps someone. I tried to capture what I would want to know :-)

Thank you so much for taking the time to review the property! It is so helpful for future guests to be able to see reviews. The building and area are true original FWB and most were built in the 60s-70s, I think it leads to an older look when you drive up and around the area. However it is a desired location and we have never experienced any safety concerns. We are happy you enjoyed the renovations that were done and the location of the property. The parking lot is definitely on the list of still in progress. Thank you for your stay!
