This property is exactly as advertised really good location about 5-10 minute drive to the beach .The cottage is clean the host is very attentive and the neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay there again

perfect for a couple to stay for a few days. Not a whole lot of room for a family, but perfect for us and our Bulldogs. this place has a little Older surf shack feel to it, but still very clean! we really enjoyed our stay!

There was 3 of us and our dog and we had plenty of room. You can get to all the main attractions within minutes which was very convenient.

A friend and myself rode our bikes down for an event for the weekend so the property was perfect for what we needed. Quiet neighborhood, decent location, but the only problem I had was the beds, if either one of us got up in the night to use the restroom it would wake the other LoL

The host was very attentive and replied back right away. The fridge stopped working and he had us a new one that same day. Great customer service! We loved the old house feel it gave off, very cozy and comfortable. There was a few things that could have been cleaner but for the price we are not complaining. 10/10 recommend and we will be back.

This little house feel had a quaint B&B feel. We were only there for a night, but found zero issues. We lived in FWB in the 80s and, while the city changed/expanded, this older neighborhood stayed untouched, still shaded by elder trees, still quiet and peaceful, even in the morning. The house was exactly as pictured. The window AC units did a perfect job. The kitchen was ideal with a cold fridge, plentiful ice, and generous counter space. The living room has some oh-so-comfy couches that lured me toward a morning nap. We're pretty sure that should we return to visit, this will be at the top of the list.

Perfect place

Couldn’t find a better spot to keep a boat and have all the convenience’s of home , well definitely stay there again. Very convenient to Destin. House was well stocked with towels , detergent , dishes and such.

Great Trip!

I was looking for quite some time for a nice place for my gals and I to stay for our beach trip and this certainly was the place! It’s in a great location! Close to everything and the owners are very kind and respond swiftly! Only downfall is the house is a little run down but that didn’t stop us from having an amazing time!

Peaceful little spot

Is a little bit older home but nice location and a very attentive owner to any needs you may have. Only 5 min or so from public beach and gulf seashore we loved. If we go back to panhandle of Florida we would stay again.

Very clean house with everything you would need for your stay.

Easy process. From finding it to checking in. The house is older but very clean and comfortable. I would rent this property again.

Conveniently located property. Needs some sprucing up with the decor as in more comfortable living room seating. Enjoyed the front porch and accessibility to public beaches and the park.

Ideal location. Very clean except for a couple dead roaches. The A/C worked, but it never got cool, so I would bring a fan next time. This place had nice utilities and had everything we needed for a great stay.

The little house was perfect for us and our pups!

I felt safe having all the motion detector lights around the outside of the house. There was a lot of foot traffic a block away, but the little side street the house is on was quiet! The house itself had all the essentials and we were happy to have our pets with us!
