Thanks for your review! Good news....the owner has ordered NEW couches! They will hopefully be installed by end of summer 2021 based on the delivery schedule. We have also, measured and ordered bed skirts. We would love to have you back and see the changes!

Hi Michael, I must say, we find the review equally strange. We have never received such feedback on Heavenly Days. This house is one of the most updated homes in Seaside boasting high ceilings, open living and dining spaces, updated lighting and appliances throughout, custom bathrooms with beautiful tiling and marble counter tops, all new beds and designer bedding. The list goes on and on how wonderfully and meticulously designed this cottage truly is. That said, here is what I can tell you about your comments…the TV is an owner choice and one we can certainly raise with them should they decide to change. Service providers in the area are limited. Rain does not help this or TV and Internet service in the area. We checked the master bathroom and could not find any leak. We will continue to watch this. We have tightened the TP holder and hand towel holder and shower rod in the bathroom – thank you for bringing this to our attention. We try to leave cupboard space empty in the kitchen for pantry items to make up for the lack of pantry here. Not sure where the first aid kit came from – perhaps a previous guest as we don’t provide them. The spigot is really more to wash away the sand that comes down from using the outdoor shower – it was not designed for feet. We did not see a problem with locking the back door. We do have hurricane doors, so perhaps this was the issue here – you must pull the handle up to lock. We have never had any complaints about the driveway, but as you know – space in general is limited in Seaside. We have purchased more coffee mugs for the house and will take inventory of any other missing kitchen items to ensure there are enough for the amount of people the cottage sleeps. Again, we’re sorry that Heavenly Days wasn’t your cup of tea, but we truly believe it to be a wonderful cottage with several very appealing qualities. I hope I shed some light on some of the reasons for various things and we thank you for bringing some of these minor maintenance issues to our attention so we can ensure they are taken care of for the next renter.
