Das wunderschön eingerichtete, Familie und tierfreundlich Villa befindet sich auf der elften Loch des Ozeans Winds Golf Course auf Seabrook Island. Entspannen Sie sich auf einem der drei Decks oder Fisch und Krabben in der Lagune in Ihrem Hinterhof. Ein offener Grundriss mit gewölbten Decken, neue Schränke und Arbeitsplatten, Parkett und Teppichböden runden das tolle Sealoft. Dieses Haus hat gerade weitere Renovierungen!

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, eigenem Bad und eine Terrasse zum Genießen Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee. Es gibt ein französisches Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer und ein Bad Hall von diesem Schlafzimmer. Die upstair Schlafzimmer ist voll gekapselt bietet Privatsphäre für Ihren Gast. Dies ist einer der wenigen, die das Loft Sealofts eingeschlossen hat, und es hat den zusätzlichen Bonus von einem neuen Badezimmer mit WC mit Dusche im Obergeschoss. Das Zimmer ist toll für die Kinder. Es gibt zwei Einzelbetten sowie ein ausklappbares, TV / DVD und ein Deck. Das Haus bietet Platz für sieben Personen. Es gibt auch einen privaten Außendusche, um nach einem Tag am Strand zu waschen den Sand.

Die Sealoft Nachbarschaft Pool ist nur wenige Schritte von der Haustür. Ein Holzsteg zum Strand ist gegenüber vom Sealoft Drive und Seabrook Island Road, so dass es leicht zu Fuß zu einem sehr menschenleeren Strandabschnitt. Die Strandpromenade ist ca. 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Die Promenaden am Seabrook sind lang wegen der geschützten Dünengebiete. Es ist ca. 5-8 Minuten auf der Promenade zum Strand.

940 Sealoft ist haustierfreundlich! Ihre Lieblings vierbeinigen Hunde wird aufgefordert, auf dem Spaß verbinden Sie sich an! Eine zusätzliche Haustiergebühr zu beantragen.

Amenity-Karten erhalten Sie Zugang zu den Einrichtungen des Seabrook Island Club, sind in der Miete inbegriffen. Diese Karten geben Ihnen Zugang zu den Pools direkt am Meer (saisonal), Pelican Nest Outdoor Restaurant / Bar (saisonal), Island House Restaurant / Bar, Golf und Tennis. Zusätzliche Gebühren werden für alle Aktivitäten außer der Nutzung des Außenpools erhoben.

Great beach vacation

We loved staying at this property. It was very close to a neighborhood pool and close to the beach. The property was clean and very well maintained. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

love seabrook

Love this neighborhood, easy walk to beach. Great bike riding, close to pools. House had lots of extras like condiments, plastic ware, toiletries, etc. Wish bikes and beach chairs were included so we didn't have to bring them though. The only negative would be that I didn't feel it was completely clean (hairs in bathrooms, all over). But overall it was good.

We love Seabrook!

This villa was very conveniently located for us. The neighborhood pool was practically right across the street ( just a few houses down), and it was a quick walk to the beach. We made use of the amenity passes and spent a lot of time down at the beach club, which was easily walkable right down the beach. And the beach here is GORGEOUS! It's a great walking beach since it's so wide, and the sand is nice and hard-packed. The house itself was great. We had everything we needed except bikes. We were able to rent those and have them delivered right to the house though. We didn't end up bringing our dog because the drive was so far for us, but they even had a little basket of dog towels in the pantry for your furry friends! The fridge had a fair amount of condiments in it, with a note to replace as you use up. This was nice since we didn't have to buy a ton of ketchup, mustard, etc. We had such an awesome time and would love to come back some day.

Great quick getaway

We missed our regular beach vacation this year, so we opted for a quick getaway/long weekend. The kids enjoyed fishing in the lagoon behind the house, our dog wore herself out on the beach with other furry friends in the morning, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the island. The house was clean and as-described! The only issue we had was with the internet service. We ended up having to use our cellular hotspots, because none of our devices worked when connected to WiFi. Overall we had a wonderful time!

Winter Vacation Stay at Seabrook Island Rental

We enjoyed our stay at 940 Sealoft Villa. It was just the right size for our family of four and within easy walking distance of the beach. It included all we needed to make our stay comfortable, and we loved the fact that we could bring our small dog with us. Overall the villa was clean and beds very comfortable. The villa is facing a lagoon with lots of privacy, but the water view from the lower decks is impeded due to a row of large palm trees. The privacy was nice, but would have liked to see more of the water while sitting on those decks. We loved the slow pace of the island and walking on the beautiful beaches looking for shells. Please note this is a gated community with an Island House, which is really a golf country club, and a Lake House, which is a fitness center. We checked out both, but didn’t utilize either during our trip. The Beach House was closed for the winter months. We spent the majority of our time walking the very clean private Seabrook Island beaches and hanging out in the Villa rental. I recommend the 940 Sealoft Villa property to those looking for a vacation spot that is within easy walking distance to the beach, a quiet and peaceful location, and very comfortable.

Wonderful Seabrook Condo

We along with our dog and two other couples had a WONDERFUL 4th of July at this condo. The home is light and airy inside with lots of kitchen extras, comfortable beds, and a nice entertainment center (stereo, ipod dock, tv, etc). One couple shared the room with twin beds--we just pushed them together. The other two couples were each in the two masters. We used their bikes and took them all over Seabrook. We also enjoyed the small neighborhood pool as well as the bigger pool at the Seabrook Island Club (the condo comes with an amenity card so you can get into the big pool). Also loved grilling out! The beach is a bit of a hike. Not too too far, but it might have felt far if we'd had lots of little kids and kids beach gear. It is approximately one quarter mile from the condo out of the sea loft "community" to the start of the board walk and then one quarter mile down the board walk to the sand. (Seabrook Island beach walkways are all long!). But the beach was worth it! Seabrook beach is gorgeous and even with it being 4th of July weekend it was not very crowded. Nancy (the owner) was wonderful--we booked with short notice and it was easy. I filled out a form and emailed it back to her and then we were given a punch code to get the front door key out of a lockbox. We HIGHLY recommend this condo!
