This great home is beautifully furnished for your enjoyment! This home is mid-island and is nestled among the grand Live Oak trees of Seabrook Island. You are just a short bike ride from the Lake House, Palmetto Lake, the Racquet Club, the Equestrian Center, Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village. This home provides plenty of room for your family and friends to gather and celebrate on our beautiful island. The large front porch is ready for you to sit back and relax with your morning cup of coffee.
When you enter this property you will be impressed with the coastal vibe and light streaming in. Pine floors are throughout the main living areas, with ceiling fans in each room. To your left is the formal dining room. Gather around the large table to share meals. To your right is the den where you will find hidden within the cabinet is a queen Murphy bed. The great room is the central hub of this home! Plenty of comfortable furniture to relax in while watching the 60" Smart TV. An added bonus to this property is the billiards room. It sits just off the great room and has floor to ceiling windows, plus a door to the backyard. Rack 'em up for an evening of entertainment! The kitchen is a gourmet lovers delight. The owners have equipped this space with stainless steel appliances, a Wolf gas range and Dacor wall ovens. Three counter stools let guest help prep with the family chef. A dining area has seating for six. Head out the doors to the screen porch. Sit under the fans and enjoy the beautiful low country breezes. It makes the perfect spot for happy hour beverages. Off the kitchen is a hallway with the powder bath and laundry room's full size washer and dryer. You will also find the family room/study - a large computer center, 60" Smart TV and door leading out to the front porch.
The house has four separate bedrooms each with their own private baths. The first guest bedroom can be found off the study. Head up a few steps to the FROG (finished room over garage). A queen bed with trundle make a perfect spot for the kids or a family with small ones. There is desk and Smart TV. The bath has a large walk-in shower. On the main level the guest bedroom wing has two bedrooms each with a queen bed and Smart TV. Their private bathrooms have tub/shower combos. The primary bedroom sits on the opposite side of the home. This room is spacious and a tranquil spot to relax and wind down from the festivities of your vacation. A large king bed is ready for your sweet dreams! Floor to ceiling windows make the perfect spot for the writing desk. A Smart TV and ceiling fan provide a comforting getaway. The private bath has spa like amenities with it's soaking tub, double sink vanity, and large walk-in rain head shower.
The backyard is the perfect spot to kick a ball around or throw a frisbee. A Weber gas grill is available to you. The owners have even installed a pooper station for the family pet. Yes, the family pup is invited to vacation with you. Two dogs are permitted. This home is perfect for your family...let vacation dreams begin!
** The garage is not accessible for the guests.
This home is located close to the bike/walking path that would take you to Bohicket Marina and on into Freshfields shopping village. This location is also a short distance to the lake house, tennis/pickleball courts and equestrian center. When you're ready to hit the beach you are just a short bike or car ride away from access to North Beach at Boardwalk 1 or Pelican Beach at Boardwalk 9. Have fun exploring all of the unique qualities that make Seabrook Island so special, including 3.5 miles of unspoiled beach.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Up to (2) dogs are welcome! Additional fees apply per dog!
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
