This property is located on one of two waterski lakes in Swiss Waterski Resort, close to downtown Clermont, biking paths and the NTC. It's spacious living area, lanai area and gorgeous backyard offer the beauty of nature, sunsets and privacy as you go about your day. Regarding your concerns, yes, the tile on the lanai is very slick. We try to have mats and signs to alert all guests of this and to be very careful. Regarding the Air Con, it was very hot when you were here and typically air conditioners can only cool about 20 degrees cooler than the outdoor temperature, so 78 was probably the best it could do during the heat of the day. I wish you would have told me this so that I could have come out to check things out ahead of your departure, but I didn't know that this was an issue for you. Please let the owner or property manager know next time during your stay if you have any concerns so that we can take care of them immediately. Thanks for your business!
