Schauen Sie sich dieses wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Haus im Hauptkomplex des Swiss Waterski Resort in Clermont, FL, an.  Beobachten Sie die Golfer in Ihrem Garten oder melden Sie sich für eine Runde!  Buchen Sie ein Wasserski-Set mit einem der privaten Skiseen vor Ort.  Gönnen Sie sich eine Partie Tennis auf den Gemeinschaftsplätzen.  Machen Sie eine Radtour mit den 4 mitgelieferten Fahrrädern oder gehen Sie spazieren und genießen Sie die üppige Natur im Resort.  Nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt befindet sich der NTC für Triathleten und der Lake County Rowing Association Club für Ruderer und Kajakfahrer.

Dieses einstöckige Haus verfügt über eine angeschlossene Veranda für ruhige, glückliche Stunden oder Ihren Morgenkaffee und bietet einen Blick auf einen privaten, endlosen Pool und ein Spa. Das Spa (nur) kann gegen Aufpreis beheizt werden. Sowohl das King- als auch das Queen-Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Badezimmer!

Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über eine Frühstückstheke für drei Personen.  Gleich neben der Küche steht ein formeller Esstisch für 6 Personen.

Der geräumige Wohnbereich bietet bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und einen Flachbild-TV.

Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner in der angrenzenden privaten Parkgarage, die Ihr Auto vor der Sonne schützen können.

Beautiful property, very quiet and serene. We were just there to visit family but seems very convenient to all the parks, entertainment. Wonderful vacation home

The home was incredibly clean, and the pool is huge! The house is very open with lots of nice big windows, and very spacious. Location is great, and neighborhood is very quiet.

Great Location

This was a great place for our vacation. We were looking for something close to Orlando, but a bit off the beaten path. This place is quiet and private. We weren't here for the water skiing or golf, but this was still a great place to relax!

We stayed here with another couple to escape the Minnesota cold. It was awesome! Amazing place you can just soak in the sun and enjoy the pool & hot tub. Great management and clean... highly recommend it!

Great Find!

This was a very clean, comfortable, & nicely appointed home. We spent a lot of time in/around the amazing pool and loved every minute. Working with property manager Sue Shields was a breeze. Great communication from the time we booked the reservation all the way through to check in! We would definitely reserve this property again in the future!

Beautiful Home,

The house was perfect for our visit to Florida for our niece's wedding. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were not planning to visit Disney but since it was just a short 30 minute drive we decided to go on Sunday just for the day. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. Amazing!!

I literally can’t say enough great things about this property and sue, she was the best! Me and my family enjoyed every moment of our first Florida vacation. The pool and jacuzzi we’re everything and more, spent every evening in them and kids swam so much they were prunes. Pictures don’t do this house justice, it’s beautiful inside and out. House has literally everything you could ever need or want . We can’t wait to come back.

Swiss House Good Vibes

This house was amazing. Exceptionally clean, fully stocked. There was nothing we lacked. There are cute soaps wrapped with their home of Good Vibes. Adorable! Plenty of beach towels for the pool. Plenty of loungers. Pool was beautiful. Blue skies, palm trees and a pool. What more do you need!! Beds and linens were very comfortable. Sue was very easy to work with and made sure we didn't need a thing. I would highly recommend this house. Highway 50 has plenty of restaurants and do does 27. Great area. We hope to return again some day.

Beautiful home, centrally located, perfect!

This was one of the nicer homes we have stayed at through VRBO. The kitchen was fully labeled so you weren't looking for hours for something you may need to cook with, the bathrooms were well maintained and the the pool area and screened in sunroom were beautiful. We took our almost 2 year old and there were no fragile items out or sharp furniture which was great, and they had plenty of television choices to keep my son and 8 year old niece occupied when needed. The house temperature remained cool and the pool water was so very warm but refreshing! We saw some cool birds every morning and little frogs in the evening - the outdoor life was very unique. Overall it was a wonderful house to stay at and would stay at again. Some items that the host may not have known were there and I have made her aware to help update their listing! Thanks again Sue!

Fantastic Stay!

I just have to say...believe all the reviews. House is stocked with everything you need! Sue had stuff not every rental has. There's pumps for pool toys in the garage. The grill is a plug in pellet grill (cooks very differently than propane so cook with lower heat and for less time); make sure to let it cool down before completely shutting it down. House was one of the cleanest we ever rented. Bare feet test was stellar; no dirt or grime on the bottom of our feet from the tile. Pool & spa were great! Spa got plenty hot and the pool is huge and comfortable. Inside is newly updated/decorated/furnished. The Master bed has a mattress made from the heavens; my wife and I are buying one very soon. Places we went: short drive to Publix; downtown Claremont is fun and about 8 min away (farmers market is one of the best); Presidents Hall of Fame museum was weird/creepy but fun for the kids; Legoland is 70-80 minutes away; and plenty of places to eat in Groveland and Claremont. Backyard is big and beautiful. Well done, Sue! You've earned these reviews! Great customer service. Thanks!

Best Vacation Stay Ever!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this vacation rental home! It was beautiful, clean, modern, comfortable, and so very accommodating!! The only thing we had to bring was food and family! The amenities were endless! The location was perfect and the neighborhood idealistic! We will be booking again less than a week from our initial stay! Thank you Sue, you’re First Class!! Best vacation rental yet, Clermont Fl

The Clermont Fl vacation rental was top notch, clean, awesome pool, quiet neighborhood, safe, and relaxing. Thanks to Sue for her preparedness in making our stay comfortable. We would definitely come back if we are in the area.

Best relaxing stay

Loved our stay here. Everything was easy to figure out and Sue was in close contact if we had any questions. The pool was amazing and pretty secluded. Close to eating and shops but still away from it all. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Sue!

Very nice!!

Villa was very clean and well maintained. Kids had so much fun in the pool and backyard is fairly private. Definitely stay again!
