We especially regret the heating issue and that you did not feel adequately informed about when it would be repaired. We also take your comments about the portable heater sparking, the outlet near the stove counter, extension cords under rugs, unsecured throw rugs, and limited grab bars very seriously. These items will be shared with our maintenance and management teams for prompt review. We also appreciate you identifying the broken green chair, loose towel rack, faulty and missing hair dryers, uncomfortable beds, closet access issue, lack of dressers, and limited comfortable indoor seating. Your suggestions regarding clearer labeling of light switches and providing instructions for the fireplaces and televisions are also very helpful. We’re sorry the property did not provide the level of comfort, communication, and functionality you expected. Thank you again for documenting these concerns so thoroughly. We’re also happy the large kitchen, coffee bar, mini fridge, dining space, and room for board games helped make parts of the visit enjoyable. That said, we’re very sorry to hear that the exterior maintenance, beach access, furnishings, beds, doors, bathrooms, and master bedroom did not meet expectations. We understand how disappointing it is when the condition of a property does not match the price paid or the experience anticipated. Your comments about the clogged gutters, exterior shower area, grills, deck condition, missing shingles, unsafe steps to the shore, loose railing, and beachside sitting deck are serious and will be shared with our maintenance and management teams for review. Safety and upkeep are very important, and we appreciate you identifying these concerns in detail. We also apologize for the interior issues you described, including the toilet seats, living room couch, bunk beds, mattresses, noisy doors, and master bedroom concerns. These items will be shared with the property owner as well so they can be reviewed for repair, replacement, and improvement. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention.
