The space

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master suite: Two Queen Beds, en-suite private bathroom with towels, soaps and shampoo. Dresser, laundry basket: Upper Level

Guest bedroom 1: King bed,Smart TV and closet: Upper level

Guest bedroom 2: Queen bed, and smart Smart TV: Upper level

Bunk bedroom: 2 Full over full bunk beds, Smart TV, and storage closet: Upper level

Others:

Cooling : We have no central AC
**We do provide 3 Mini Split cooling systems:
- Main Floor Living area
- Upstairs bedroom with two queen beds
- Upstairs bunk bedroom
- Additional Portable AC fans for every room

Environment: While we regularly conduct pest control measures, being in a natural environment, occasional bugs may still be present.

Guest access
- Check-in process is completely contactless and guest will receive an access code a few days prior to their arrival.

- Guests will have private access to entire home and amenities to enjoy while on vacation

- Free parking onsite as well as garage parking that can fit one vehicle

The home is located on Susan Lake which has a Nature preserve located nearby.

You may even see some wildlife such as deers walking along along the lake paths.

***Please monitor children at all times as there is wildlife in the area.

***Please do not feed wildlife if you encounter them.

***Noise Policy:
No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed without prior host approval. Any violation of this rule will result in a $5,000 fine.
Fireworks and any noise-making devices, such as air horns or loudspeakers, are prohibited. Please respect quiet hours 10PM to 8AM. Violations may result in termination of the stay.


Parking & Outdoor Guidelines:
No prowling or loitering on the lawn.
Parking is available for 3–4 vehicles (depending on size) in the designated spaces.
