There is additional seating at the island and a kitchen table that overlooks the lake providing total seating of up to 18 guests. This main floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a king beds and two have queen beds. All of these bedrooms include a 43" 4K smart tv.

The third floor includes three bedrooms and a large bathroom. Two bedrooms are more like large hotel rooms with two queen beds each. The third room has two day beds with pullouts underneath. This room also doubles as a large play room for kids to get away and has a large flat screen TV.

All beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows and high quality sheets for a great night sleep. The home sleeps up to 18 people.

The large extended deck off of the main level provides great views of the lake and plenty of sunshine. There is a gas grill as well as plenty of outdoor furniture, tables, chairs and lounge chairs. Enjoy stargazing by the backyard fire pit.

The home is 1.6 miles to Boyne city shops and restaurants, 7 miles to Boyne Mountain, 17 miles to Petoskey, and 19 miles to Charlevoix.
