The game room offers a great place to gather especially if its raining and to send the kids to keep them occupied. Brand new boat dock with guest slip for 28' boats. Dock offers 16' x 24' deck area for lakeside relaxing as well as stairs and ladder for water access. Deck has built in bench, swivel chairs and Adirondack chairs to "chill" lakeside. Also offered are four kayaks and six brand new paddle boards and life jackets.

The main floor features a huge, wrap around, leather couch that seats seven and three additional comfortable chairs with large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The open kitchen with island opens to the dining room that includes a large dining table and large flat screen TV. There is additional seating at the island and a kitchen table that overlooks the lake providing total seating of up to 18 guests. There is an additional living area that has a sectional / sleeper sofa and smart TV for guests to have a little quiet time or watch alternate programing. This also provides additional sleeping if needed. The main floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a king beds and two have queen beds. All of these bedrooms include a 43" 4K smart TV.

The third floor includes three bedrooms and a large bathroom. Two bedrooms are more like large hotel rooms with two queen beds each. The third room has a comfortable queen bed as well as a trundle with a pullout underneath. This room also doubles as a large play room for kids to get away and has a large flat screen TV.

All beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows and high quality sheets for a great night sleep. The home sleeps up to 18 - 22 people.

The large extended deck off of the main level provides great views of the lake and plenty of sunshine. There is a gas grill as well as plenty of outdoor furniture, tables, chairs and lounge chairs. The deck has four lounge chairs and three table with 6 chairs each to accommodate 18 for outdoor dining. Enjoy stargazing by the backyard fire pit.

The home is 1.6 miles to Boyne city shops and restaurants, 7 miles to Boyne Mountain, 17 miles to Petoskey, and 19 miles to Charlevoix. Traverse City is an hour and 20 minutes. Boyne City Farmer's Market is every Wednesday and Saturday mid May - Mid September and every Saturday year round. They also offer "Stroll the Streets" every Friday June - early September with live music, children's activities, events and more. There are 13 golf courses within 20 minutes and 15+ wineries within 25-30 minutes. Beautiful Lake Charlevoix with it crystal clear water has 56 miles of shoreline and beaches at Peninsula Park in Boyne City and Young State Park just 4 miles away.
