Welcome to our beautifully renovated home, where comfort and style come together to make your stay truly memorable. Our spacious open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen provide the perfect space for family and friends to gather and make new memories.

Our home offers the latest in smart home technology to make your stay as seamless as possible. With 4 bedrooms and 7 comfortable beds, our home can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or larger groups.

As you enter through the front door, you'll find yourself in a bright and welcoming open concept living/kitchen/dining area that's perfect for hanging out with family and friends.

The living room features plenty of comfortable seating and a large 55 inch smart TV with Roku, giving you access to all your favorite streaming services. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with cooking gear, spices, and oil, and includes a coffee maker with filters and coffee provided. With enough plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware to serve 12, you'll have everything you need to enjoy meals together. The dining room has seating for 6, and the kitchen bar has seating for 4.

The main level of the home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a king bed, 3 queen beds, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed to accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and includes all the amenities you need for a good night's rest, including a TV in each bedroom.

Step outside to our huge backyard and you'll find plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill, perfect for enjoying meals or drinks al fresco.

With a driveway that accommodates up to 6 cars and plenty of free street parking, parking is never a problem.

Guest will have access to the entire home including the garage

We live nearby and can be reached by cell or the VRBO app. If you need anything or have any questions please reach out to to my property manager Michael directly through the VRBO message thread or cell.

Our Neighborhood is located on a quiet street with lots of tall trees and big front and back yards. There are lots of families who live on our street and our neighbors beside us and in front of us are super friendly. Our home is located minutes away from major grocery stores, great restaurants, and lots of the other standard retail stores that come with living in a big city. I-20 is only 1 mile away so that makes it easy to get everywhere else you might want to visit while you are in Atlanta.

The nearest Marta station is Indian Creek and is located about 4 miles away. The Indian Creek Marta station is on the blue line. Downtown Decatur is 7 miles away and Downtown Atlanta is located about 13 miles away. Our home is located about 20-30 minutes from the airport depending on traffic

******Accurate guest count is required by VRBO and our insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting. For example, if you plan on 6 people staying overnight and 2 people visiting during the day, the guest count is 8 people. If you have questions about this policy, please send us a message before you book.

***Please note a $500 pre-authorization hold (not a charge) will be placed on the credit card used to book your reservation 24 hours before check-in. This hold will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges. Once the pre-authorization is successfully processed, we will send check-in instructions to the phone number associated with your VRBO account.
1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.

2. Guest must provide a copy of their Driver's License or Passport to host 24 hours after booking so we can confirm your identify and finalize your reservation.

3. Events, weddings, parties, commercials video and photography are strictly prohibited unless approved priory to check. If you have any questions, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if it’s possible to host your event. Good communication is key.

4.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. If you smoke outside DO NOT THROW SMOKING RELATED TRASH ON THE GROUND BECAUSE IT COULD START A FIRE.

5. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by host. Unapproved late checkouts subject to a $350 fee. Early check ins must also be preapproved

6. Please remove makeup before using washcloths, towels, and linens. If any towels or linens are permanently stained, we will have to charge for replacements.

7. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.

8. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations between $20 and $25.

9. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. There is an additional $100 fee if our cleaning team finds glitter or confetti.

10. Our cleaning team charges a $350 Biohazard cleaning fee if they must clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.
