Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that you were not satisfied with your stay, and it does come as a surprise based on the many impeccable reviews the house has on all platforms. To be precise, the house has 2 master size bedrooms and 3 other nicely sized bedrooms - there are 4 TVs in the house, the one in the enormous game room is 85” and plenty of space to watch as a group. - The house was completely renovated 2 years ago so basically the bathrooms are new, floors, counters etc. The pool and Spa are completely new, as is the pool heater and jets etc. - since it does only take a 5 minute drive to get to the biggest stadiums, yet the house is in such a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood with a private giant pool, Spa, and a fish pond, the prices which are determined by an external tool vary a lot and during important Baseball/Football games in the hot season, can go up - needless to say the price was known before the booking and there were no hidden fees. - all other reviews always praised how comfortable the beds and beddings were and we never heard of any issue with having a rug in the porch.

Unfortunately Gary there are rules in this property that are forced not only by me, but by city regulations. We had a written agreement where you guaranteed this was not going to be a loud event and that quiet hours will be respected. You held an illegal party with a DJ, and would not respond to my texts during your stay asking you to kindly respect the rules. The home has 6 parking slots (garage not included), and you have signed knowing this promising repeatedly all your guests will Uber. I have sent VRBO videos and pictures of the 20 cars parking everywhere, putting me at risk to get a citation from the city. You didn’t mention any bed bugs or insects during your stay, pest control company who regularly observes and treats the home didn’t notice bed bugs and neither did guest before or after you. The first mentioning of bed bugs came a week after your check out where you texted me that if you wouldn’t get your deposit back you would post this review. And 2 minutes later, your review was up. You have left a handwritten note in the guestbook saying you had a great time. I have it on my external cameras that both the pool and yard were taken care of before your arrival and my pool app showed you quite enjoyed using the heated spa all night long. Other than your review this is the first negative review I have received in all my years of hosting, on all platforms, taking the star review of this newer property from 5 way down. You were very respectful in your texts until the point of your check in where you stopped any communication. This property does not ask for any tip and is inspected prior to guests check in.
