Welcome to our very own "Peace of Palm Paradise"! With over 1200 sq. ft., this 2 bedroom/1.5 bath townhome located in the gated community of Gulf Highlands Resort gives you the "Peace of Palm Paradise" you need! Having been recently (& might we say beautifully) remodeled & with many amenities to choose from, you will most definitely be pleased with your stay!
The floorplan includes 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs, while downstairs you can enjoy an open area of kitchen, dining and living space with one 1/2 bathroom.
DOWNSTAIRS:
The living room/dining area is a great place for everyone to gather. Ample seating for everyone with two sleeper sofas & 2 extra squishy floor pillows! Enjoy a game of cards or dominoes with your friends/family at this great entertaining space!
Our living space includes a custom built entertainment center with 75 inch Roku Smart TV AND a 72 inch electric fire place! The living room also offers access to your very own backyard patio & BBQ grill!
The open space kitchen offers an eat-in breakfast bar that seats 4, plus 4 addional seats at the dining table. This kitchen is well equipped to prepare everything from a full meal to a simple snack. We provide dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware and bakeware.
Within the dining area (or what we like to call our Panama Perk) you will find a coffee & tea hutch that provides you a single serve kuerig coffee maker as well as an electric water/tea kettle. Have your first cup of coffee/tea on us!! We hope you enjoy!
A powder room is provided downstairs including a toilet and single vanity.
UPSTAIRS:
Your "Peace of Palm Paradise” has all the comforts of home and sleeps up to 8 guests with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the guest bedroom, and two sofa beds (downstairs).
The full size bathroom with walk in shower is attached to the main bedroom and has access from hallway for additional guest access. You will find your full size stackable washer/dryer in this space as well.
