This 4,000+ sq. ft. hillside retreat sleeps up to 22 guests, offering 3 spacious living rooms, a game room, firepit, outdoor café seating, a brand-new hot tub, and even horse stalls!

The huge gourmet kitchen is perfect for large gatherings, and the stunning great room invites relaxation. Just 10 minutes from downtown Prescott, this is the ideal getaway for adventure, comfort, and unforgettable memories.

Our Lynx B&B property is located on the outskirts of Prescott in the Quiet Suburban community of Lynx Estates. Guests are offered sweeping views of the area mountains & hills from the front of the house. Neighbors are spaced far enough away and the property is large enough that you feel like you are in your own space.

Guests have full access to the home.

The only “off limits” area are two locked linen closets in the home and a barn on the far side of the property.

Prescott Lynx is a Beautiful and Unique Custom Home that is located in the east-side hills of Prescott just 6 miles or 10 minutes from Downtown. With two “wings” in the home, there are 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a great room (kitchen, dining, living area combo), a kitchenette, laundry area with TWO sets of stacking washers and dryers, game room, 5 patios, huge fire pit, BBQ grill, and seating outside for 30+ guests. all on 2+ acres to wander. This wonderful property has all the ingredients needed for large gatherings! Take in the views of the Bradshaw, Mingus Mountains, and Stone Ridge Golf Course through 17’ floor to ceiling windows in the Great Room. All three Living Areas contain comfortable, featuring high-end furniture (two with pullout beds), unique mining/industrial decor from many local artists, each with floor-to-ceiling rock fireplaces.

On the West Wing of the home, is bedroom #1, a spacious Master bedroom with a king bed, pillow-top mattress, 55” Smart TV, private bathroom with double vanities, an AMAZING custom walk-in rain shower, walk-in closet, black-out curtains and French doors leading to a private patio with seating - perfect for a private cup of morning coffee or glass of evening wine. #2 is the Donkey Bedroom with an antique queen bed, pillow-top mattress, full length dressing mirror closet doors, black-out curtains and French doors that open out to a backyard patio with seating. #3 the Wild West Bedroom has a Full over Full Bunkbed that sleeps up to four guests (adults and/or children), black-out curtains for sleeping in late or napping, full length mirror closet doors for dressing, and decorated with a fun rustic log theme. The West-wing has a shared bathroom with a full bath, rain shower/tub combo, and custom wood tile, big and soft towels, hair dryer, with basic toiletries provided. The West-wing Living Room includes a leather sofa with a queen-sized pullout bed, a cuddle chair with a pull-out twin bed, a large 65” smart TV, desk/work area, wood stove in a 15’ floor to ceiling stone, rustic mining-related decor, and build-ins, from local artists.

The East Wing of the home is a duplicate layout with different decor. Bedroom #4, is ANOTHER spacious master with a king bed, Tempur-pedic mattress, 55” Smart TV, work desk, private bathroom with double vanities, another AMAZING custom walk-in rain shower, walk-in closet, black-out curtains, and French doors that lead to a private patio with seating. #5 has a queen bed, pillow-top mattress, full length mirror closet doors for dressing, black-out curtains and French doors that also opens out to a backyard patio with seating. #6 the Industrial Bedroom has a Queen over Queen industrial style bunkbed that sleeps up to four guests (adults or children), black-out curtains, full length mirror dressing closet doors and decorated with a retro industrial theme. The East-wing has a shared full bathroom with a rain shower/tub combo, and custom wood tile, fluffy big towels, hair dryer and basic toiletries provided. The East-wing Living Room has a HUGE 10’ diameter windmill hanging on the wall above two leather couches, gaming coffee table, a wood stove set in 15’ floor to ceiling stone, custom local artist build-ins, a 65” smart TV, double bean bag, and lots of elbow room.

With TWO tankless gas water heaters, there’s HOT water available for everyone!

The well-appointed Gourmet, Chef’s delight kitchen and Great Room is the perfect gathering spot located in the middle of the home. You will find everything you need to prepare a 4-course meal for a full house or simple snacks for the kids. This modern cooking space has a 60” drop-down ceiling hood hovering over gas stoves with EIGHT burners and two griddles - ALL wrapped in a HUGE custom granite island with seating for 5. The full bar contains an ice maker, beverage center, wine rack, bar sink, with butcher block countertop. All brand new appliances are stainless steel. The beautiful dining area has two tables with seating for 10. This incredible space also has a custom leather sectional sofa (with pullout queen bed), an 86” Smart TV set above an 80” linear electric fireplace set in floor to ceiling stone. This great room is the ultimate gathering spot!

The garage turned Game Room has a ping pong table, foosball table, leather lounge couch, 8’ monster sized bean bag, entertainment center filled with games and 55” Smart TV.

The home has LV large wood floor planks throughout that compliment the uniqueness and fine quality of this luxurious Vacation Rental. The Prescott Lynx B&B is located in an eclectic neighborhood with a variety of custom, high-end, million-dollar homes on acreage. Of course, this home also features full gigabit internet Wifi, numerous workspaces, Netflix TV, Central A/C and Heat, and TWO sets of stacking Washers and Dryers. There’s also a kitchenette. There are two drives ways leading up to the house and plenty of parking space. Come to Prescott for the Weather, Hiking, Biking, Forests, Mountains, Shopping, Restaurants, Museums, and Lakes. BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It's the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren't originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added. See below for more information on additional guest fees, pet fees and the policies on these matters.
