This Chalet was very nice with lots of room for us to spread out. We all had a bedroom to ourselves. We enjoyed the hot tub. It is close enough to downtown that we could walk to eat, have coffee, or shop.

Stunning property

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Check in was simple, home was clean, location to down town is a two minute drive. Deer and a couple javelina were on the property which made it a very cool experience!

Quick trip to Prescott

The place was spacious and tucked away amongst nice tall trees. The views from the patios were great and the hot tub was amazing. House was well stocked with many places to hang out. Everything was close by and Ian gave us lots of ideas of things to do and places to eat.

Great Prescott getaway

This was an amazing house and right down close to the action of downtown Prescott. Has so much room you can comfortably sleep many families. If you have a big group this is the place for you. Very relaxing getaway. Bonus: family of about 8 deer walk thru the yard each day which is fun for the kids.

Just what we wanted

For a large group of 8 adults this was perfect. We loved the spa since the weather was a bit colder than we anticipated. The bathrooms were very nice. We had plenty of dishes and utensils for our whole group. The communication with the owners was exceptional. Thank you for the nice stay!

Amazing Home

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The beds are very comfortable in fact I want to purchase one for my home! The towels are wonderful and he had plenty available for us. We had everything we needed and the home and the views are absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

We had a group of 8 ladies stay for a wonderful little getaway at this peaceful home! Fun property with comfortable beds (though the bed/room layout was a little misleading in the post) and great space to enjoy the outdoors. The hot tub was so clean and the deck was amazing for enjoying the views and the fresh air in the pines. Close to downtown but tucked away in a quiet area up a hill.The kitchen was well stocked with all you need and the house was very clean when we arrived. We would definitely stay again!

Convenient Prescott Home

The location is convenient to everything. Downtown, shopping, Watson Lake, rodeo grounds. Property is large and besides location the deck really makes the property. The air conditioning did not work well and there is areas of improvements.

We’re sorry to hear the air conditioning didn’t meet expectations during your stay. Since your visit, we’ve invested significantly in climate comfort: adding two mini-split systems, upgrading units, and installing a new 5-ton compressor to ensure the home cools quickly and effectively. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we’re confident future guests will notice the difference.

Perfect Gal’s Chalet!

From start to finish our stay at the Chalet was perfect! The house is set up perfectly for a large group looking for plenty of space to hang together and not feel cramped! It’s very private although very close to Whiskey Row and the down town fun. The host was very response and was happy to let us in when we arrived before check in time. The house was equipped with everything you would need and more. We would not hesitate to rent this beautiful home again!

Nice comfortable home for a group with great location close to DT

The house is a good size and comfortable for a group or large family . We had some issues with the main and 3rd floor cooling down enough but it has been hot in Prescott and the HVAC systems there are probably not as hardy as ours in the Phoenix area. The host was very responsive and helpful and offered the handyman if we needed it. But we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Prescott and would recommend this property.

Girls weekend

Absolutely wonderful weekend away in this beautiful location in this amazing home. Everything was laid out perfectly-tons of room to spread out. We had 6 in our group and there was so much room to spare. The house was equipped with everything you can think of and more. We loved the layout, the decor, the hot tub, and the location. Close to where we needed to go. Saw tons of wildlife including javalina and deer. Our host was amazing and quick to respond. We are already planning to come back next year and make it an annual trip.
