Just 25 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), this centrally located property is just minutes to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches. Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach are located less than 7 miles from the home. Beach supplies include chairs, 10' x 10' sun canopy, beach blanket, beach cart and cooler on wheels. Beach towels for 8 are also included.

There are so many wonderful restaurants in the area that you'll never have to eat at the same place twice! Explore the popular shopping and dining areas of Coconut Point or visit Rooftop at Riverside Food Truck Park, The Wonder Gardens or Hopsized Brewing Company in Old Bonita Springs, all less than 3 miles from the home. Day trips to Sanibel, Captiva, the Everglades and Marco Island are all within reach if you choose to venture out! The Key West Express will take you from Fort Myers to Key West by high speed ferry that leaves in the morning and returns in the evening.

Enjoy lazy days in the brand new seasonally heated saltwater pool surrounded by a screened in lanai. Relax in one of the new Tenjam Pool Loungers on the spacious sun shelf. To cool off, grab one of the Big Joe pool floats or sling chairs. The pool has a shallow end of 3 1/2' and a deep end of 5 1/2'. Because of the shallow pool depth, jumping off water feature and diving is not permitted.

In the evenings, gather in the adirondack chairs to watch the sun set. For added ambiance, turn on the string lights while you unwind in one of the Teak Rockers or
couches. The large covered lanai area will keep you dry even when it's raining. The screened lanai keeps most of those critters and creepy crawly things outside of the pool area where they belong!
