The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a spacious modern living room and inside and outside dining areas, a huge newly renovated heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi tub, and BBQ. Swimming pool heating is subject to additional fee. One of the bedrooms includes a king size bed with smartTV, second bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed and a fireplace, in the third one a queen size bed and a work station are located, and last but not least – bedroom number 4 comes with a queen size bed, a blu-ray TV, and walk-in closet. A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer is at your disposal as well as a huge walk-in closet. In the full bathroom a Jacuzzi tub, shower and toilet space are located and not forget there is one more fully-equipped bathroom inside the house. The living room is supplied with a brand new leather sofa, a blu-ray TV, and a huge inside dining area, but there is also the outside dining area with a table for 10 in order to enjoy a nice dinner right next to the swimming pool. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay from a modern convection oven, a dishwasher and huge fridge to blender, an American coffee machine, toaster and all kitchen utensils and cookware. In addition, a BBQ (gas grill weber) is ready to use. The swimming pool has been just renovated and comes with a Jacuzzi tub, in which you can have the serenity and relaxation you have always dreamt of. Besides, the pool is heated so that you feel most comfortable. The heaven-like look of the outside area is complemented by 2 relax areas – coffee area along with a sunbed where you can enjoy your me-time with your favorite book in hand. A brand new dock with picturesque canal view is situated right behind the swimming pool where you can enjoy the vivid colors of mother nature, go fishing or play some games with your friends and family. For your perfect vacation the house will also provide you with 2 bicycles, 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 fishing chairs, an iron, 12 home and 10 beach towels to use! Pack&Play and high chair are available. For your safety and security, we have installed one security camera in the outside area above the garage door facing the street, one more on the door bell, and one on the left side of the house (when facing the house) that is facing the side yard . They will be on during your stay.
