Unser Anwesen befindet sich in der Nähe des Strandes (Bonita Beach Park), von Golfplätzen, Outlet- und Boutique-Einkaufszentren und in Gehweite zu großen Supermärkten, lokalen Bars und Restaurants.

Unser Haus ist perfekt für drinnen oder draußen zu unterhalten.
Der Außenbereich umfasst einen Pool- / Whirlpoolbereich mit einer Außendusche und einen überdachten Sitzbereich mit einem Außengrill, einem Kühlschrank und einem Esstisch für 8 Personen.
Der geräumige Küchen- / Wohnbereich verfügt über eine Bar und einen großen Esstisch.

Great house, clean and spacious and well-equipped; made for a restful and comfortable base for a week. Michael (the owner) is a gem and was super easy to communicate with, and very responsive. Would stay again!

Comfortable house in a great location

We stayed for one month with our pets. The house is very comfortable and the pool area is very nice and private. The neighborhood is close to everything and the beach was only a few minutes by car. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions and requests.

Perfect Setup

The perfect house

We stayed for 7 nights. House was very well equipped with towels and every kitchen utensil you will need. The pool is incredible. Very good neighbourhood, and very close to the beach and grocery store. A beautiful house. Good communication with manager too.

Great host and great location

Mike is a great host and was available to give plenty of guidance about places to see and eat at prior to arrival and during our stay. The property is in a great location to base and explore this part of Florida, is totally stocked with everything you need and spotlessly clean. We had an everyday technical issue and Mike was round within 20 minutes to investigate and solve even though it was Thanksgiving. It was evident that any issues would be responded to and resolved in short order.

Nice house yo stay in close to the beach and Bonita Springs amenities. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and local mini golf within walking distance. Property manager was very friendly and helpful. He provided a couple items we requested quickly which was great. Property was clean and organized, well equipped, and as advertised. We had a great stay.

Beautiful House. Very quiet, low traffic street. The house is very spacious, comfortable and well stocked. The pool and spa area is a beautiful, very private place. Christmas Vacation

We stayed over Christmas. We loved that the host set up a Christmas tree. Very thoughtful. Property is very clean, had all the necessities you needed. We were pleasantly surprised. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to mini golf if you have children. Overall great holiday week. We would definitely stay again.

About our beach:

Bonita Beach is a Lee County park on the Gulf of Mexico right on the line between Collier County and Lee County. In this location, this little bit of geography has special meaning. If you start walking south along the beach, you immediately step foot onto Barefoot Beach and you can walk for miles along the beach, through Barefoot Beach Preserve shoreline, all of the way south to Wiggins Pass.

You’ll pass by some beautiful beachfront homes and you won’t encounter many people on this stretch of beach but, you’ll enjoy the beauty and serenity of Barefoot Beach. If you look north from the entrance to the beach at Bonita Beach Park, you’ll see Doc’s Beach House and the rental kiosk for parasail rides, jet skis, all kinds of beach equipment and beach toys. From this point, you can also walk north for a few miles before you encounter Big Hickory Pass.

So, bottom line here is that you can walk along the beach forever in either direction from Bonita Beach Park. Walk south for a more natural setting and stay around the main area for more people, more action, the beach rentals, beach volleyball, people watching and proximity to Doc’s Beach House Restaurant & Bar and the hot dog lady in the parking lot. In addition, you have full Lee County facilities here with restrooms, showers, picnic tables and small pavilions.
