The spacious Two-Bedroom, Two-Bath villas at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort are great for families looking to experience a fantastic vacation in the Great Smoky Mountains. These beautifully rustic decorated villas include a suite with a private balcony that features a king bed, private bath with double sinks, shower and jetted tub. A living room with fireplace and a sleeper sofa. A second bedroom with two full beds and a second bathroom. These villas are 1,230 square feet of space and room for up to 8 guests. The spacious Two-Bedroom Villa features multiple amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, access to washer/dryer and a balcony or patio area.
The resort has a lot to offer. As guests you will have access to all owner benefits which will be explained more throughout. 3 Outside heated pools open year-round (one is an infinity pool). An enclosed water park which has areas for children of all ages. The Wild Bear Falls Water Park (8 tickets included in rental) has a lazy river, standard pool, 2 water slides and 2 large hot tubs. These tickets are good for the entire week. There are dressing rooms and towels are provided. Cabanas are also available for rent. These cabanas are equipped with HD TV, snack, water bottles and mini fridge. There’s also a wonderful restaurant on the upper level of the water park so if your hungry or thirsty go on up and look over the water park while you enjoy your meal. This restaurant can also be visited for dining. Another restaurant the Smokehouse Express is located near the front gate. They have BBQ of various selections. You can eat at the picnic table or take it back to your villa. You can also dine-in at the Southern Comfort bar and restaurant located on the property. At the top of the resort by the infinity pool is the miniature golf course (included in the rental) to enjoy with unlimited access. You can also try the Zip Line with its awesome views as you zip through the mountain. The zipline is an addition fee (owner rate). The resort also includes a small market, game room, spa and workout gym. The Activities Center has daily activities for all ages. There are also BBQ grills on the resort.
Weather permitting there are hiking trails and other areas of interest in the area. So much to do in the Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge areas.
The resort has free transportation around the resort with pickup at designated bus stops. Pick up is approximately every 15 minutes.
The local trolley has a designated pickup spot right on the resort to take you either to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Dollywood is a short drive away.
A $200 refundable damage deposit is collected at check-in by Westgate. Early check-in and late check-out is available.

Pet Friendly:
Pet Policy: Fees not included in rental. You may have 1 cat or dog. Pet Must not exceed 60lbs. A $100.00 pet deposit is required at time of check-in. If there is no damage upon checkout, the deposit with be returned. A separate $170 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required at check-in. Guests with service animals will not be charged any of the above fees and are permitted in all locations. At check-in guests are required to advise front desk that they have a pet. Pets must always be on a leash and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them.
