Newly renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 4th floor of Beachside One at the prestigious Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort!
Beachside One features a new boardwalk path to the beach, and a new pool and hot tub area -- complete with a poolside exercise room and poolside grill area.
The beach, pool, and fitness room at Beachside One are all private, for owners and guest only. Required wrist bands are provided.
The kitchen is complete with all new stainless steel appliances and includes all the kitchenware you need to cook a delicious meal during your stay. We have our own private, secure wi-fi and 2 smart televisions for your enjoyment.
Free Tram service is available for traveling within The Sandestin Resort. Baytowne Village is a charming area with restaurants, shops, and events year round. There are also 4 golf courses, one mini golf course, and courts for basketball, tennis, and pickleball at the Resort for you to enjoy!
This is a non-smoking condo unit and balcony.
No pets allowed.

Mother/Daughter Getaway

We had a marvelous time on our annual mother/daughter trip. Only being a short walk to the beach, the location of the condo is perfectly suited for beach lovers like us.

Amazing Condo

We had the best time in this amazing condo! Everything was spotless clean! The pictures do not do it justice! Everything was easy from booking, to checking in, and checking out. I messaged with Judy multiple times and each time she was helpful and quick. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Beach Condo

My family just returned from a lovely spring break at the condo. The check in process was easy. The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. The condo was recently updated and felt warm and cozy. The beachside condo was in a perfect location on the beach. Highly recommend!

Very clean and easy to communicate with

We had to change our dates multiple times and the host was so easy going. The condo was extremely clean and convenient. The pool is newly renovated as well. I’m not sure if it’s in the pictures on this listing.

AMAZING!

The unit was so clean and welcoming! The beach and pool was never over populated. The boardwalk was nice and once off you are so close to the beach such easy access with kids. Everyone enjoyed their stay! The host, I can not stay enough wonderful things about her. She made sure we were set and comfortable the entire stay. She really went above and beyond. 10/10 and would stay here over and over again!

Cute Beachfront Condo

Amazing location with wonderful beach access and accommodations were clean. We went with a our family of four and had several friends staying in the same condo beachside one complex. We loved the pool, hot tub and my son got to play lots of mini golf with friends. Manager was attentive and responded quickly to any questions. The great part of the beach is that it is private and they do monitor that only people with wrist bands can be on the beach which was very helpful in keeping this area family friendly during spring break. I would love to come back next year and do it again!

Exactly as pictured!

The property is exactly as described and pictured! The view was ABSOLUTELY amazing and the walk to the beach is no more than 2 mins! The condo was VERY CLEAN and organized. Everything was easy to locate as far as linens, dishes, cleaning supplies, etc. Very well stocked. The property manager was very prompt in answering any additional questions we had. The access to the local amenities were perfect. This was my family's VERY FIRST time to Florida and we couldn't have been happier! Highly recommend staying here! We are already looking to book a vacation here next year! Thank you so very much for allowing us to stay at your Slice of Heaven!

Like Staying with a Good Friend

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was just like home, except we were on the beach. This owner has created an experience that feels like you've been invited to stay with a good friend. The quality of the pots and pans, the flatware, paper towels (Bounty), toilet paper (Charmin), and trash bags (Glad) was top notch. We even received full bars of soap (Dove) and plush towels. These are the items that we always pack and bring with us. We so appreciated actually having them on site. The condo is beautifully appointed. What you see in the pictures is actually what you'll experience while there plus the aforementioned extras. We so appreciated the courtesy of an owner that treats you like a guest rather than a renter. We would definitely stay again.
