Willkommen im The Crescent, einem Strandkomplex am Scenic Highway 98 im Bereich Destin / Miramar Beach. Wir sind zu Fuß zu Silver Shells Outlet Mall und neben der Surf Hut.

Das Crescent ist ein 4-stöckiger Komplex am Strand mit 2 Pools. Wir haben einen 4.500 qm großen tropischen Lagunen-Pool und einen 2. Pool, der saisonal beheizt ist! Suchen Sie nicht weiter ... Das Paradies ist hier im Crescent. Eine einzigartige und gehobene Wohnanlage direkt am Strand im Golf von Mexiko auf der ruhigen Seite des Miramar Beach. Dieses Penthouse auf der 4. Etage mit 2 Schlafzimmern verfügt über ein Designer-Interieur, 1,80 m hohe Decken, die nur auf der 4. Etage zu finden sind, sowie maßgefertigte Vorhänge und Tagesdecken. Mit einer voll ausgestatteten Gourmetküche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten für diejenigen, die gerne kochen! Das Hauptschlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer öffnen sich zum tropischen Gelände und zum Golf von Mexiko, wo Sie auf einem teilweise überdachten Balkon eine unglaubliche Aussicht genießen können.

Unsere Wohnanlage verfügt über einen 4500 Quadratmeter großen Pool am Strand (zusätzlich zu einem Pool, der saisonal beheizt ist), der von einer üppigen tropischen Umgebung umgeben ist, die in anderen Flachbau-Eigentumswohnungen nicht zu sehen ist. Entspannen Sie sich auf der übergroßen Sonnenterrasse, im Whirlpool oder auf unserer privaten Promenade zum Golf von Mexiko, wo 2 Liegestühle und ein Sonnenschirm im Mietpreis enthalten sind (in der Saison). Nutzen Sie den hoteleigenen Tagungsraum und die Grills im Freien.

Perfect getaway! Very clean building grounds and condo. Our kids loved that they had three different water temps, they would cool off in the large pool, play in the warmed smaller pool, and then relax in the hot tub. Beach service is a great bonus getting chairs and umbrella included w the stay. The resort has a very relaxed atmosphere, we never felt crowded. From the room to the beach/pool was 5 minute walk, which was great. This condo is nicely updated and the beds were really comfortable. Roxanne was very attentive to any needs we had, giving us recommendations on what to do and where to eat, she also got us an early check in on arrival day. We would come back and stay in a heartbeat!

Condo was beautiful inside. It was close to the beach, and the pool was really nice. Communication with the host Roxanne was spectacular. The location at Miramar was perfect, close to great restaurants and stores and the beach and water were spectacular. The umbrella and chair set up for the beach was perfect by the set-up crew. Wouldnt hesitate to return.

The Crescent is a beautiful property and room 416 definitely has the best view of the pool and ocean!! Everything was very clean and well kept and the stay was very enjoyable! The beach area was beautiful and not crowded since it’s a private area! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our large family to cook, eat, sleep and lounge!In addition to the condo being a great fit for us, the entire complex was great. Since there are only 5 levels to the building there was plenty of space to enjoy the all the amenities. We’ve stayed at high rise condos before where the beach and pool get overcrowded, but not here!Would absolutely stay here again.

As far as the hot water in the kitchen, maintenance did check the water heater temp, and said that it was at "code" maximum. It was also a little confusing since the water heater supplies the showers etc and no other areas were mentioned. Thanks again for staying with us. We sincerely appreciate your business!
