STUNNING 2BR / 2BA Westwinds Eigentumswohnung bietet luxuriöse Unterkünfte und einen spektakulären Blick auf Strand & Golf von jedem Zimmer!

Der Balkon mit Blick auf den üppigen tropischen Poolbereich ist sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch vom Schlafzimmer aus erreichbar.

Beide Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten und private Bäder. Das Master-Bad hat zwei Waschbecken und eine begehbare Dusche. Das zweite Bad bietet eine Wannen- / Duschkombination.

Die Küche ist geräumig, verfügt über Edelstahlgeräte, Granitarbeitsplatten und ist komplett ausgestattet, um die Zubereitung der Mahlzeiten zu erleichtern.

Alle Bettwäsche werden mit Ausnahme von Strandtüchern bereitgestellt. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine / Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Great property with amazing location

This property was perfect for our weeklong stay. The apartment was spotless and kitchen was stocked with anything you may need to prepare a meal. The proximity to the beach and pool made a trip with little ones a breeze. The property management team could not be anymore amazing. They made it possible for us to check in early and were quick to respond. Highly recommend, would love to stay here again.

Beachfront Convenience

Small but adequate for 4 adults + a sofa sleeper for a couple more. Super easy access to very nice pool area as well as beach. Nice view from fourth floor balcony - partial view of pool area as well as nice view of beach / gulf. Check in and check out process is clearly stated and very efficient. Maybe a little pricey for the size - but it worked out very well for a last minute trip to the beach.

Location! Location! Location!

We love the Miramar Beach Sandestin location. The proximity to the golf courses , shopping , restaurants are perfect. We’ve been coming here for 3 years now. Westwinds is a beautiful property. The pool area with all the palm trees adds a very tropical feel in January/February when we stay. We will continue to come here.

Loved this Condo!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo! It had everything we needed. I was just right for our family of 5. Elevators were quick and easy. A Highlight was the pool which looks like you are in a tropical resort with all the palm trees! Just gorgeous!

Overall enjoyed our stay

The location was great and condo was as pictured. The only complaints we had were the quality of the mattress, linens and bathtowels. The mattress was super hard and both our backs were hurting by night 3 - so slept on couch a couple of nights. The linens and bath towels were very low quality and had stains. Both shower curtains also needed to be replaced. If these were upgraded it would have been a perfect stay.

Picturesque views from our balcony. . We had a southwestern view and experienced gorgeous sunsets. Our group made use of the tram service over to Baytown Wharf . Spacious parking. Tropical swimming pool and hot tub area. The condo itself was clean. Our property manager was very helpful.

Good but could be better!

It was minimally appointed, for example one dish towel, very cheap bathroom towels, no light bulb above cooktop and only a couple of the under cabinet lights worked. The electrical plug in guest bathroom worked some of the time. The fan light in the guest bedroom went on and off on its own for some reason. A few things that could enhance the property would be a mirror in the guest bedroom to dress by when your partner is using the one vanity bath, and garment hooks on the back of the bathroom doors to hang robes or towels. The property is in a great location and has nice views. With a few tweaks it would be great!

Floors are easy to keep clean. Great storage. Awesome balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Beautiful grounds- the pool is perfect and there is easy access to the pool and beach.Just a little few critiques-- the couch isn't very comfortable, the living room chair could use a clean/refresh, there were orange stains/spots on the living room rug that was covered up by the coffee table and there were sticky black spots on the floor in the second bedroom (not a big deal, but we noticed these things as we have a very busy 18 month old who likes to crawl and play on the floors). Absolutely perfect vacation. We loved it! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Ger away Location

This was my first time staying in this property and I was not disappointed. The property looks just like the pictures and it is conveniently located on the beach. This is a beautiful condo that you can tell has been recently updated; the condo was spotless as well. Overall the west winds was a quiet property, however a person on our floor liked to play loud in the afternoon. That was distracting but overall, not an issue unless you like quiet all day. Days before my arrival, the property manager sent all the instructions and information needed about my stay. They send a link to a website that displays all the codes you will need to get into various parts of the property and condo, information on what your rental covers, how to rent beach chairs, and more. Everything I could possibly need for my stay in the property was included on the site. The check in process was simple, however the instructions told me the access code would be ready at 4, it was not. I had to wait between 5-10 after 4p before the access code to enter the property worked. The workers at the property are kind and they are constantly cleaning which maintains the cleanliness of the property. Just like the check in process, check out was a breeze; I feel like I got my money’s worth on this condo. I will definitely rent this property again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checked in on Monday 5/15/23. After a full first day on Tuesday, we (4 adults) came in to shower to find out that only 1 person was able to get even a warm shower. They quickly responded and found that a heating element was bad, it was replaced but still the rest of the week only 1 person was able to get a hot shower. The king bed in the master was horrible! I don't have back problems but have returned home with back problems. I spent 5 of 6 nights sleeping half of the night on the bed tossing and turning then moving to the couch. My husband also has returned home with back issues. My family has vacationed 1-2 times a year in Destin, FL. This is the worst unit we have ever stayed in. We have stayed multiple times as the Westwinds complex and have had wonderful accommodations.
