This lot has a wrap-around dock which is ample for boats or jet skis 80 ft of dock on one side and 143 ft on the other side.

Minutes to the Gulf of Mexico by boat. Ocean access is possible through the 3-mile bridge or Vaca Cut.

The main floor of this home has a large living area and has open floor plan with soaring ceilings. Plenty of room for entertaining family and friends, The kitchen is large and features granite countertops and upgraded stainless-steel appliances to include an island with seating, large open spaces, and a dry bar entertainment area with Open water views.
