Relax outside with over 2000 Square Feet of Deck and Patio Space with brand new Outdoor Furniture and Dinning. Feel safe knowing there are Exterior Only Cameras protecting the property. Enjoy the All Season Sunroom off the Master with it's own Hot Tub.

This house is excellent. Very clean, great views, right on the lake with a dock. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Tom was very polite, accommodating, communicative, and helpful. We will definitely return to this property again.

Fantastic property!!

This property is AMAZING!! If you’re looking for a getaway on the lake, this is the spot to go! House is absolutely gorgeous with amazing views of the lake. In a quiet cove as well so not as much boat traffic. The owners were exceptional to work with by being very friendly and transparent the entire time.

Relaxation at its best

This house leaves nothing desired! Beautiful views! Boat dock, with boat landings right down the street. Very close to stores and restaurants! Very clean! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with attention to details

Beautiful property for our family trip!

We absolutely loved Waterview Haven! The house and property are beautiful and there is so much to do. The kids loved the arcade game and theater room, and the adults enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and lovely outdoor spaces. We ate all our meals on the deck overlooking the water, and the fans made it very comfortable, even on hot days. The house was very clean and modern, and Tom was super responsive and helpful throughout the trip! We will definitely be back!

Waterview Haven Lake Norman

Wow, this place was great! It was such an amazing time, we'll definitely be back! The location really surprised us, and we loved how our host made it the perfect Lake Norman getaway! Communication was great, and the pictures don't do the house justice, it's even better in person! The basement was my favorite part of the house. It kept my family entertained for hours. You won't find a better place on the water for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Amazing lakefront property

This home is amazing for so many reasons. Not only is it positioned right on the lake, but there is also a large, flat back yard — great for playing catch and cornhole. The dock is brand new; it is awesome to sit down there and also at the gazebo! There is a fire pit at the lakefront, too! All of the furniture in and out of the house is new and comfortable! Lastly, Tom is a wonderful owner, always willing to help and answer questions! We would certainly stay here again!

Extraordinary experience

We had the pleasure of staying over the Fourth of July holiday with our adult children. The house was beautiful. All of the rooms are newly renovated and beautiful accommodated. The “extras” including a theater room and game room made for really special memories. The host could not have been more helpful. The dock and outdoor areas allowed lots of opportunities for gathering and enjoying our time together. It was a really wonderful experience for all of Us.

Definitely a Haven on the water

My family was amazed with the beautiful property at Waterview Haven. The house was clean, well design, and beautifully appointed. Tom was a gracious host and easy to communicate with about the house. The theater was a bonus for the children and adults. We played home movies from the 60’s and all had a big laugh. The game room was fun ,too. I introduced my grandchildren to Pac-Man ! A Family Holiday

I was looking for a lake house for my family (son and daughter-in-law and seven grandkids). From the pictures and description, it looked like this one on Waterview Lane would be a good fit. It certainly was. During the day, my son and the kids could take a rented pontoon boat out to go tubing. Every night, we were able to have dinner together outside on the back porch, without worrying about the rain. The game room was an instant hit with everyone and we ended each evening in the movie room. For provision, the Publix was only 3 miles away. Everyone had a great time and I value the memories we made here.

Fun and Relaxing Vacation

Our family had a very nice time at Waterview Haven. The house was very clean and spacious. There were lots of fun games for the family to play. The theatre room was relaxing and comfortable. Outside the yard had lots of room to play and we enjoyed the dock for fishing and boating. Our host Tom was very quick to respond to questions before and during our trip, and was very accommodating. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Our Family lives just 30 minutes away from Lake Norman. I was born and raised and NC. My wife was born in Massachusetts and raised is South Florida. We have 4 children (3 boys and 1 girl). We are very family oriented and are blessed beyond belief!

My wife and I had a vision in 2021 to purchase a vacation rental on Lake Norman. We found a beautiful house on 1.25 acres of land near Queens Landing. After purchasing the property in August 2021, we started the renovation process. We completed the remodel of the entire house in late April 2022. We tried to think of the things that we look for when we choose a short term rental. We believe that we have captured some of the little things that make renting our property more enjoyable.

See the lake and main channel from any window on the back of the house. Relax on the upper deck or dine outside at the dining room table with seating for 8. Hang out on the downstairs patio on the Southern Classics couch, chairs or dining table with seating for 4. If you want to hang out next to the lake then enjoy seating for 6 at the gazebo right next to the lake. Want to stay inside in the air conditioning? No problem! Hang out in the Theatre Room with seating for 9 or play pool, foosball, air hockey or one of 60 classic arcade games! Maybe the kids want to play video games on one of three TV's Both Living Room TV's and the Theatre Room TV) that have easy access to a external HDMI and power outlet. No need to try to look behind the TV for an HDMI out to plug in their video game when it is right on the wall and marked for easy use! There is something for everyone!
