This elevated, 2-story Lido Key vacation home even has Elevator Service to every floor for your convenience. It features open concept living areas inside and outside, and 6 bedrooms - all of which have ensuite bathrooms. 5 of the 6 bedrooms also have balcony access for beautiful and varying views of the area. Speaking of Balconies, the 2nd level balcony has access via a spiral staircase to a Roof Top Deck where you’ll find even better views of everything. However, the view of this home’s amazing Pool Area may be all you need for your perfect vacation! This stunning tropical oasis of a pool area features an Oversized Heated Saltwater Pool with Waterslide, sun shelves for lounging, and a Spa. Directly off this pool area you will find the outdoor living space with plenty of seating, Dining, TV, BBQ Grill, and more. You’re family will never want to leave this space! This Lido Key vacation home is located ‘on the beach block’ and about 2-minutes’ walk from Lido Key Beach, and a 4-minute bike ride or 10-minute stroll to St. Armand's Circle. You can literally walk or bike to everything from this home! This home sleeps 16 people in beds, and it features free Wi-Fi, Free Parking, Free Bikes and Free Beach Equipment, Smart TVs in every bedroom and living space, and many other unmatched amenities that are included with your stay.

Floor Plan Description

Ground Level:

On the Ground floor, you'll find free parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 covered spaces). You’ll also find the pool area, outdoor living space, foyer, elevator and staircase to all floors, and many of the home’s included amenities like bikes, beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler, deep freezer, pool refrigerator, and more.

First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

On this floor, you'll find a large Great Room with a Fully Stocked Chef's Kitchen and Island with bar top seating for 6 and dining table for 8 people (14 total), and an additional outdoor patio dining table with seating for 8. The Large Living Room offers plenty of seating, Smart TV, and custom built-ins. You'll also find 3 Bedrooms on this Floor. 2 King Bedrooms, both with En Suite Baths and Balconies with great views of the area; and a Bunk Room with a Full over Full & Twin over Twin Built-In Bunk Bed with an En Suite Bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub that is perfect for the kids. The Bunk room also has a workspace and desk. There is a ½ Bathroom and 2 Washers and Dryers on this level.

Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

On this level of living, you’ll find the oversized 2nd Living Room. This area features a sofa, a Large Smart TV, foosball table and bar top seating for 3. On this level, you'll also find 3 King Bedrooms each with En Suite Bathrooms and Balcony Access. One of those bedrooms is the Home's main Master Bedroom with an oversized Master Bath with a Walk-in Shower and free-standing bathtub. You'll also find a large deck and the Roof Top Deck access on this floor for amazing views all day long, including Sunrise and Sunset.

This luxury vacation rental participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures fresh, commercially laundered, high-quality linens and towels are always included for your stay.

Our property managers work diligently to prepare our homes for your stay. During your visit, they are available to provide invaluable local knowledge and recommendations; as well as respond to any unexpected occurrence, item, or otherwise to ensure that we can quickly get you vacationing as expected. This exclusive service is included with your reservation and designed to make your stay a completely carefree and perfect experience.

Extended Stays:

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks at one of our Lido Key or Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have a mid-stay clean performed every 2 weeks during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote prior to booking. Linens and towels can also be laundered mid-stay for an additional fee as well. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and providing a transparent guest experience, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.

Preferred Vendors:

Bikes, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Wagon, Beach Cooler and more, are included. Do not forget to check out our Preferred Vendors for rentals, activities, tours, and more. Our preferred vendors recommend most services be reserved in advance. After you have made your reservation, feel free to inquire with us on how you can secure your spot for these items. Most of our preferred vendors offer our guests discounted services and priority status.

Free Parking:

Maximum of 4 Cars: 2-car covered parking, and 2 cars in the driveway; Do Not Block the Sidewalk - strictly enforced by Sarasota.
