Frenchy’s East Shore Beach Cottages we invite you to experience luxurious boutique coastal cottage accommodations in a quaint renowned resort town known to us locals as Clearwater Beach!



The Space:

Welcome to East Shore Cottage No. 482, a renovated coastal retreat in the heart of Clearwater Beach’s tourist district! Enjoy a convenient location within walking distance of the beach, local shops, restaurants, and pier.



This three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage offers a welcoming setting for families and couples looking to relax and spend time together.



The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and cooking essentials for preparing meals during your stay. Gather at the dining table with seating for five, or use the raised bar with three additional seats.

After a day in the sun, unwind in the comfortable living room and watch TV, or head outside to enjoy the patio and BBQ grill.



Each of the three bedrooms features a queen-size bed, and both bathrooms include showers. A living-room sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, bringing the advertised capacity to eight guests.



A laundry room located just off the patio adds convenience during your visit.



With Clearwater Beach’s white sand only a block away, you can easily enjoy beach days and explore the nearby dining and entertainment.

Perfect location for access to beach, food and shops. Very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable - little on the small side for my wife and I. I think they were a full size mattress and not queen size. Bathrooms and Kitchen were great. We loved the back yard area and access to the laundry room. The ceiling fans were constantly running and the AC was very good. We were quite comfortable in the house during 100 degree weather. We will definitely come back here for our next visit to Clearwater Beach.

Amazing location and clean!!!

My family (3 adult couples) stayed in this property to attend a wedding. Very clean and new! We loved having coffee on the back patio. Very walkable to the beach and restaurants - dinner, coffee shops, bars! Beach chair rental place right on the beach was convenient. Would love to come back!!

Great location & all the comforts of home!

We were very impressed with this cute 3 bedroom 2 bath updated cottage! Loved having the backyard outdoor space with patio table and grill and our own laundry area was very convenient! We were able to spend more time with our family staying here over a hotel room. I was happy to find shampoo/conditioner and soap in each shower and beach towels for our use. The only thing missing were ice trays to make ice for our drinks. It also would have been nice to have an extra garbage bag or two and an extra roll of paper towels but that was mentioned in the description of the rental so we were aware we may have to shop for a few things. Overall, very nice and would love to stay here again.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication was great, very responsive when we had questions. The location is great, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be able to walk to everything. If you have "littles", the walk to the beach may be a little tiresome in the heat. For adults it's fantastic.I'll also mention it was very clean. Always important to us when we are on a trip and we felt right at home.The only thing I would mention, which is not to take as a negative, but just as something to note. Overall the place is well stocked with items like dishes/pots/pans, shampoo/conditioner, etc... it is not stocked with any "starter items" such as coffee, laundry soap, etc. So that made it a little difficult to do any laundry. We only stayed for two days and had to hop back on a plane, so we weren't going waste spending $$ on laundry detergent we would only use once. Just be aware.The place as a whole is great. Really loved our stay.
