At Captain's Quarters your family will have the time of their life's creating memories sure to leave a lasting impression. Kids can safely play and be kids while the rest of the family gathers and enjoys the rest of the homes on-going amenities....

Master Bath- located in master bedroom, full walk in shower
Second bath - located in hall, walk in shower

𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰:

-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Cameras monitoring north-east corner facing front yard and south-west facing back yard.
-Consider buying travel insurance,
-Following your reservation, you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. 𝐖𝐄 𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍 𝟐𝟒 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒.
-Heated pool is an additional charge of $25 per night
- Dogs are welcome a $150 pet fee per dog.
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.


Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee (only for the balance not for the initial down payment)
