Ein privater Aufzug bietet First-Class-Zugang für alle von der Garage bis zum Dach. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche finden Sie Granit und Edelstahlgeräte. Alle modernen Utensilien von zu Hause - Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Toaster, Töpfe / Pfannen, etc

We had a wonderful time in Clearwater Beach. The kitchen is well-stocked for making dinners at home and the rooftop deck with grill and hot tub was a nice plus (it would have been even better if the weather had cooperated and we could have used it more). We had 2 small children and the bunk bed was nice (as was the fact that they were 2 floors away from the main living area) The owners recently purchased this property and they were very responsive in answering our questions quickly.

Overall, a great place to stay. Close to the beach. Rooftop is great. Pool picture is a little misleading as it is a community pool a couple blocks down the road. Huge pickleball court right in front (good if you play, not so good if you don't like waking up at 6 to the sound of the balls hitting and people playing all day). Elevator was a little tricky and got stuck once. We would stay there again though. Located to several shops and food places within a half mile walk.

{I have never gotten property details and keys the day after I arrived at a VRBO. I had to call VRBO and the host to get the unit number and passkey to get into the unit. When the host responded, she let me know that there were flies in the garage - the house was infested with seemly fruit flies - they were so bad that I bought spray, drinks that were left open had dead flies in them. The host did come by and bring zevo fly traps the next day at which time we had to ask how to turn on the hot tub because the instructions given were useless. Even the host had to look up the manual to turn on the hot tub. The space was very small compared to what appeared on the pictures on the VRBO site. Flies persisted through the next few days and an exterminator was sent out for a second time. Flies fell in coffee in the morning, any open water glasses until the Friday before we left. I was told I would be credited money for the horrible Christmas stay - I have yet to be credited any money for the lack of the hot tub, the fly situation.

This is an unfortunate some of your comments. You were given the keyless entry the day after you checked in? That’s not true I had emailed all the details a few weeks prior inclusive of door code and address. It’s also on VRBO checkin instructions. I talked to you on the phone prior to arrival and sent you all information again as well via text. It is accurate about fruit flies and I immediately started trying to remediate - I was out Christmas Eve night and wanted to evaluate things - they had tons of food out and cooking and only saw a few fruit flies not like they led me to believe. I also had an exterminator as well out at 8pm on Christmas Eve. The prior guests did not take out trash and it created a problem. I felt terrible but tried everything as fast as I could. The hot tub had been working and just been serviced during weekly maintenance. The unfortunate part was their kids were messing with the hot tub and controls and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I do say in my agreement when booking that they accepted that the hot tub is not always available and not guaranteed based on issues. Needless to say this an unfortunate and rare situation.

This townhome was so unique with 5 floors, an elevator and private rooftop. It was clean and Kate, the host, was organized and kindly communicated with us. There were beach chairs and towels available for us, which was good because we were not able to bring those on the plane. Parking in the driveway and garage was convenient and it is in walking distance to the beach (which was also clean and safe). We really enjoyed ourselves. I’m already highly recommending this place!!

Great for families or big groups. Perfect location

We had a great time. Very close to the beach. We had to wait a little bit to get in because the group before us trashed the place so the poor cleaning person was still there when we checked in but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall great place to stay

Thank you for your feedback. This was first I’m hearing about rooftop deck cleanliness or cleanliness at all unfortunately. I would have rectified immediately when we talked it wasn’t mentioned. As far as maintenance I agree we missed replacing some light bulbs but send someone quickly to replace. As far as other maintenance I’m not sure what you are referring too. After hurricane I replaced all flooring and did some painting and replaced all kitchen and bathroom counters. Additionally all appliances are new in last year. After speaking a few dozen times you never mentioned anything. Nonetheless I’m glad you enjoyed your stay.

We absolutely loved this property. The rooftop views are incredible and we were pleasantly surprised that there was a park for the kids just across the street. You can see the beach access from the rooftop, it’s just a block away! Will definitely return.

Great location and property

We loved being able to walk to the beach so easily. You can watch the sunrise or sunset from the roof. Nine of us were comfortable at the property. Plenty to see and do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The property owner responded quickly to any of our questions.

Everything you need in a perfect location!

This property is situated perfectly near the main strip and the beach. It's quiet and private yet steps away from everywhere you want to be. The house is in great condition and is furnished and equipped nicely. You have great views from the rooftop. The owner is very responsive. The area is family friendly and felt very safe.

Fantastic place, fantastic location

We loved the property, it is located within walking distance to pretty much everything in Clearwater Beach, and only a block over from the beach. It is well equipped with beach items as well as kitchen and living items. There is ample room for people to spread out for privacy when wanted or to come together in common areas. We all loved the rooftop deck. Highly recommended!

Great location!

It was our first trip to Clearwater Beach, and we enjoyed the area so much. Friendly people and great food with a clean, white beach. So nice! The recent reviews of the property on VRBO are accurate. When we had an issue and contacted the owner, she responded promptly and send someone over to address the issues even though we share led that none of the issues were deal-breakers for us.

Walkable and quiet

I stayed here for a week with 5 adults, child, and infant. It’s appreciated that we things are provided (e.g., towels, beach equipment, dish soap). The top floor has its own thermostat and ac, which is nice. There’s a nice roof top that has a great view of the beach and bay. Owner was responsive to our needs and stayed in close contact. I would stay again.

Fabulous family getaway.

Perfect accommodations for family. Location wonderful. Easy access to beach, pool, park and restaurants. Lots of space for all. Laundry facilities were ideal. Rooftop amazing. We had a glitch with internet connection and our host Kate arranged for help immediately! Garage filled with lots of beach toys for all ages. The neighborhood is so close to the beach and yet very safe and quiet. We will be back!

Enjoyed being able to walk to beach and restaurants. Listing is a bit deceiving…unable to host more family as planned due to limited seating above the six staying in unit. No closets in bedrooms, very little room to unpack. Fun artwork but furniture and furnishings are dated/worn.

Glad you enjoyed your stay - I’m a bit disappointed as I checked in with you on day 1 and later in your stsy and you mentioned “all is good”. I don’t believe the listing is deceiving at all - size of table and seating is all communicated in listing along with pictures. I’m a bit confused bc all furniture is new within 3 years old with the living room furniture being less then 1 year old. Additionally the unit was all professionally decorated. As far as closets there is a larger master closet and dressers in each room. The building itself is only 13 years old so it’s a fairly newer townhouse.

Great property with excellent access to the beach

Our family of 8 stayed at this property for a week and were very satisfied with everything. We could be at the beach within 5 minutes of walking. Plenty of places to order food for takeout. Kitchen was stocked very well. Nice safe neighborhood to walk around at if you wanted too. You could park in the garage if you wanted or outside on the driveway. Really no complaints at all and we would stay here again.

clearwater townhouse

The townhouse is in a great location: 2 blocks from a wonderful beach with umbrellas and chairs, close to restaurants, a nice neighborhood and a park with playground across the street. The rooftop deck is the only outside space and is very comfortable with good views. We needed an elevator and it worked well.The house needed a deep cleaning and we found trash under the furniture and a wad of hair in the shower drain.The park near by with a swimming pool wasn't open due to hurricane damage and this info was known by the owner but not shared. The hot tub on roof did not have a cover and was dirty from blowing dust. The beds were comfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. I have changed cleaning companies based on feedback. It was a new company as my original cleaning service closed. The community pool being closed I’m sorry I was unaware of that until you stated it. Had I known it was not opening for the season which usually happens the week you stayed I would have told you. The hot tub cover was destroyed by the hurricane and is still on back order. The hot tub gets cleaned on Monday’s and Fridays.

Very nice!!

Just off Clearwater Beach, a very short walk. Multi-level unit, which, while unusual, worked very well for our family situation. (Not the place for you if you have anyone with mobility issues.) The deck on top floor was great. The pictures are accurate. Recommend the "Palm Pavilion Restaurant," two blocks away and on the beach. We enjoyed our week.
