We thoroughly enjoyed this little getaway. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The beach access is easy to get to and in general the resort was quiet.Our host communicated well with us and we will be back!

Great property in a perfect location! This was our 3rd trip to the Beach and Tennis Resort and the amenities keep bringing us back! The location on the island, the beachfront access and all around excellent property staff make this a “must return to” destination!

I needed a place short notice during the RBC Heritage and this was a relatively good deal, comparatively speaking. Relatively updated condo had everything I needed for a night. Shower pressure and temp was good, bed was comfy, and the AC worked great. You can hear the waves from the patio and have a view of the ocean from the right seat. Walking distance to beach is always nice.

We loved this place! Kevin was a great host, with easy communication from the start. Everything was clean, updated and bright, pictures were true to what we found. The room is a very short walk to the pool and beach and the resort is in a central location to plenty of shops/stores and things to do. Would stay here again.

Very close to the beach, the pool area and boardwalks were very nice. A washer and dryer in the unit would have been a plus but overall very satisfied

Thank you for your stay. Sorry to say that the resort condos are not built to handle having a washer and dryer, but why we offer units along the hallways. We hope you come back again.

Fun filled beach week

We stay in HHI every year. Usually here in a one or two bedroom condo. This condo was perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed. Close to the pool and beach.

Stayed for a short getaway and this resort was great! Condo is very close to the beach, pool and beach restaurant. Clean and stocked well. Quick and easy check in. Family of 4 fit but wouldn’t try to fit anyone else in. Would definitely stay here again!

B219 was a fantastic hidden gem for our first trip to Hilton Head! The condo was in a perfect location, just a short walk to both the beach and the pool. The beach never felt overcrowded, likely because it was primarily for resort guests, which made it much more relaxing.The property felt very safe, with a security guard at the gate controlling access to the resort. The entire complex was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus during the hot and humid weather.We were pleasantly surprised to find two beach chairs and several beach toys in the closet. We had already purchased some beach toys before discovering them, so we left ours behind for future guests to enjoy.One of our favorite parts was the balcony. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean. We could even watch the pool's "dive-in movie" from there!The location was also convenient for exploring the island. Coligny Plaza and Harbor Town were both an easy drive from the Beach & Tennis Resort. Having the laundry room just a few doors down was another nice convenience.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend B219 to anyone visiting Hilton Head!

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

Absolutely loved this condo and the resort! My grown kids and I stayed here - 4 adults total and we enjoyed the soft comfy bed and the pull-out couch. The condo was very clean, had everything we need (towels, sheets, blankets, trash bags, toilet paper/paper towels, detergent, etc). We even had three wonderful beach chairs which we LOVED using to layout at the beach. This condo is VERY close to the pool and beach of the resort and it was wonderful to take such a short walk to pool, beach, cocunut sportz bar for food/drink. My grown teenage kids loved the ease of this vacay and the comfy condo! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

The property was clean and very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We had a very small issue and contacted the owner, and he responded very quickly. The issue was resolved in a very short time, and the owner contacted us to make sure everything was okay. The bed in the bedroom and the pull out sofa were both extremely comfortable. We'll look for this property again when we return for our annual trip next summer.

Great location but.

The location and access to beach boardwalk and pool were wonderful. The beds were comfy, but a few things in the condo need to be addressed. Most of the electrical sockets are so loose, they will not hold your charges, etc in the wall. I had to move furniture around to find sockets that would work. Also, the heating an air makes the bedroom freezing and the rest of the condo is hot when the door is closed. It is also advertised as having a separate sleeping space with a bunk bed, but there is no door there. Leaving the bunk bed area open to the rest of the house. I wanted to love it, but once arriving and realizing my daughter didn't have a sleep space separate from the main area was a bummer. The bathtub also does not have a stopper amd the water drips throughout the night. I think a fee updates amd this place could definitely be wonderful again.

Megan, I am sorry that a few things were not to your liking...The owners and I have been in the condo often and we have not experienced any electrical outlet issues, so I am sorry if you were having issues. A plumber has been out to the unit since your stay and the drip was fixed asap. As far as the bunk situation goes, there is no false advertising of that. It is clear in the photos that it is an open area. Throughout the resort, ... any bunk beds that do exist will be in this same situation. There is no room to add sliding door unless a curtain is installed, but there are no private bunk rooms in these condos. As always we appreciate your feedback and take everything into consideration
