Our Salty Casita is only a 3-minute walk to the ocean at Kure Beach, and a short stroll to the fishing pier at Ocean Front Park and Pavillion along with restaurants and bars. This newly renovated beach home is equipped with brand-new furnishings and located in a quiet Kure Beach neighborhood, but not too far from grabbing a bite out or an ice cream from one of several businesses nearby. Neighboring Carolina Beach, it's boardwalk, restaurants and shopping is just minutes away via car or golf cart. Check out Fort Fisher, the NC Aquarium and the ferry to Southport only minutes away. The home's two bedrooms can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The second bedroom may be converted into one bed for a group with two couples. Both bedrooms have comfy mattresses, wall mounted TVs and the comforts of home with extra pillows and throw blankets. The kitchen is well stocked and includes a coffee nook with supplies, dining table for 4 and cookware for your dining preferences. Our living room has a couch and rattan rocker you won’t want to leave and a 55 inch TV to watch movies and TV shows along with a variety of games, books and activities for little ones. Come home from a day at the beach and enjoy the outdoor shower with hot and cold water, shampoo and body wash to rinse off your sandy toes and then relax on our backyard deck with patio lights and a gas grill to cook your favorite meal.

Explore the natural wonder at the Coquina Outcrop during low tide (we have a tide clock in our kitchen) near the Ft Fisher Recreation Park. Try and find the Venus Flytraps along the Venus Flytrap Trail at the Carolina Beach State Park along with several other hiking trails that wind along the Cape Fear River.
