Electric vehicles and golf carts are not permitted on the property. Two vehicles per rental, one of which must be parked in the overflow lot. Parking passes are required for both vehicles.
Wash dishes before leaving and return to proper cabinet/drawer area. Start a load of towels before leaving. Place sheets and pillow cases in the laundry hamper (no comforters please).
Remove all trash, using the trash cans provided (in the outside fenced in area). Leave your parking pass (es) on the counter. Make sure door locks securely on your final exit.

This property was as described. The host. Steve was very quick to respond and was very accommodating. The Parking was excellent. Pool was great. The location was perfect. Could not get any closer to the beach. We stayed for three days celebrating my mother-in-law‘s 86th birthday. It was just perfect. I would definitely recommend staying there and we will be staying there again in the future.

We had the best time! I don’t think you can get any closer to the beach. The parking spot is excellent (right outside your door) The host was so nice. Listening to the waves was just wonderful and relaxing. We would definitely go back there. The ONLY thing missing was hair conditioner. Plenty of shampoo and body wash. Kitchen had everything! Very very clean.

This is by far one of the best places we have stayed at the beach. You literally feel like you're sitting in the ocean at high tide. Condo has everything you need and more! You can tell it is maintained with care. This is our second time staying here in both times were fantastic! We are now looking to book for a third time to bring my dad to experience this condo. Looking forward to him enjoying the ocean without having to get out on the sand.

Great stay as always! Steve is a great host! He is fast to respond & is always updating the property with new amenities. My stay was my 4th over the last few years (previous three stays were under the prior listing). I keep coming back to The Heart because it is the perfect location & has everything I need. I love listening to the roar of the ocean while I nap, watching the waves from the deck, & taking in an unmarred view of the sunrise without having to leave the condo!

Well the pictures speak for themselves. This was our second stay there. We stayed back over new years, and the weather was just a bit too cool to sit outside and enjoy that porch. So when our calendars opened up we decided a Spring return would be nice. What I can tell you that the pictures can't is the owner Steve is an excellent communicator. He's right on top of making sure you know where you're going and how to get in. The house is very well stocked with anything you might have forgotten. Cleanliness is top notch. Everything is spotless and you can walk around barefoot without getting sand on your feet. But there's no real reason to go out and get sand on your feet, you're literally right on the beach when you open the sliding glass door. And if you have a pale skinned redhead with you, that kind of sun protection is second to none. Did I mention this house is literally on the beach? I stepped on to the porch one night at high tide and the water was crashing against the water breaks and splashing on the porch. I just don't have anything negative to say about my stay here.

Our stay at the heart of the sea exceeded our expectations. Loved being on the first floor and having easy access to the beach. Perfect spot for our family. The main level views and deck were amazing. It was breathtaking every time we stepped outside. Night walks are a must. I also could curl up in the swings and read all day. There are games that we enjoyed playing together after winding down for the night. Great water pressure in the showers. Also, the beach towels and supplies were a perfect touch. We do not want to leave!

We so enjoyed the covered deck being right on the ocean. The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Assigned parking apace adjacent to the condo made unloading and loading easy. Small and large kitchen appliances all clean and in excellent working order. AC was great as well. We loved having a K cup coffeemaker for fast, fresh coffee on the go (host even provided some specialty k cup coffee pods!). Truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

Wow this place is so beautiful! You are literally right on the beach while relaxing on the deck in a hammock. You can see the tide maybe 40 yards max coming in. There are sand bags against the building to keep it safe and we had no issues with that. The bunk beds were big enough for my 14 year old to sleep there and he is as tall as me. Plenty of room. Large living room and enough kitchen counter space to spread out. Full fridge and all the utensils you need. They had extra trash bags and paper towels along with TP for the bathroom. They also offered plenty of shampoo for women and men. I definitely recommend this beautiful place at Kure. Minutes from driving on the beach and can’t wait until the aquarium opens. Two Thumbs up!!

Recently moved from SWVA to northern Kentucky. Hobbies include photography and biking. My “full time” job is being the Uber for our two beautiful and very busy granddaughters.
We are very blessed to have this condo at Kure Beach and enjoy sharing this blessing with our wonderful guests, many who have returned for their second, third, fourth and even fifth time. Repeat guests are the best and indicates we are doing the right things and doing them correctly…. Treating guests as we would want to be treated.
Certainly for us, it’s from “the mountains to the sea” in its purest form.
