Just 12 minutes from the Killington Skyeship Base Lodge, 16 minutes to Woodstock, and 20 minutes to Okemo. A 1,560 sq foot home with a large open floor plan, a master ensuite with 1 Cali King-sized bed, a second bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, and a 3rd bedroom outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed and twin trundle bed, this home comfortably sleeps 8.

Guest Access:
This is a single family home with a front yard and backyard. The garages are not to be accessed or used by guests. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times, particularly if you are in the backyard fire pit.
The Neighborhood:
Private driveway with a fairly steep incline. Four wheel drive highly recommended during the winter. Driveway shared with neighbors and is plowed/salted regularly during storms.
Getting Around:
Right off 100A with easy access to Killington, Woodstock and Okemo. Bridgewater Corners Store is just 1.4 miles away for gas and any convenient needs.
Other Things to Note:
FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program.
WARNING: Bears can make their way onto the property. Please make sure any food is put away and if thrown away in the bins, sealed up with the bins fully closed.
We use a Ring doorbell camera on the exterior of the property as well as a noise monitoring system in the living room. The device does not record anything, just noise decibel levels and we do not actively monitor the Ring cameras unless there is an incident. This technology is in place to protect the privacy of our neighbors and to keep you safe.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, with no exceptions. Our house is located between our lovely neighbors so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. If you are on the patio or in the yard after 10 pm please keep your voices down and music off. Any disturbances to our neighbors will result in immediate check-out.
Check the local weather forecast at least 5 days in advance. Guests with all-weather tires HAVE gotten stuck in the driveway in the past. PLEASE prepare with winter tires or bring a 4-wheel drive vehicle during the winter season.
FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed.
