Totally renoviert: 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, es gibt ein zusätzliches Badezimmer mit einer Sauna. GROßE Badewanne, KEINEN Whirlpool, und eine Dusche.

Große Eintrag: hat eine Bank, Garderobe, Gebiet für Ski und Schuhe. Waschmaschine und Trockner vor der Einreise.

Schlafzimmer: Master ist im Erdgeschoss mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad. Sowohl König Schlafzimmer haben neue Memory Foam-Matratzen. Haupt-Schlafzimmer hat einen Deckenventilator. Zwei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss eines hat ein Doppelbett das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Doppelboden Typ Bett. König Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss / Obergeschoss haben eine Memory-Foam-Matratze, die neue im Juni sein wird, zusammen mit dem neuen King-Bett, Möbel, Bettdecken, Daunendecken, luxuriöse Bettdecken, Kopfkissen und Luxus. Verdunkelungsvorhänge sind in den Meister und König Schlafzimmer. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Flachbild-TV und DVD-Player. Einige verfügen über VHS- und FVD-Player, alle Zimmer verfügen über Kabel.

We had hoped for better; better comfort, better hospitality, and better appointments. First, the unit was a longish walk from the parking area, but carts were available to help ferry a week's worth of supplies. Surprise! Turns out the unit has no AC and had been closed up tight for a while. Box fans and some in-window fans were eventually located but we had to install the window fans ourselves to get relief from the stale, muggy air in the unit. It's a pretty condo on the inside, but both the inside of this unit and the outside of the condos as a whole has been neglected. The stairs to the 2nd floor are steep and barely wide enough for a suitcase. The flooring is old and worn. The plumbing groans. Internet access is NOT included -- at least not in summer. (We opted for visiting other locations rather than pay an Install Charge, and Daily Fee to have it specially turned on for us) We also never located the Playground mentioned in the listing. The beds were disappointing. They photograph well, but the mattresses are worn down with troughs and lumps from earlier use and all bedding is intended for winter visitors. The kitchen sink is actually sized for a wet-bar and too small for washing cookware. Each guest was allowed only 1 towel (for an 8 day stay), and each toilet area was provided with a partial roll of TP hanging on the wall and 1 extra roll. A note in the instruction book informed us to go buy our own if we needed more! None of us would recommend.

Unit needs some attention. Shower in downstairs master bedroom would not drain properly. Upstairs bathroom shower did not work, p-trap on shower was dry letting sewer gas permeate the upstairs. Ceiling fan in living room inoperable Sink in upstairs bathroom didn’t drain properly. Faucet assembly in 1/2 bath near washer & dryer loose needs repair. Cooking utensils needed cleaning before we could use them. Attention to above would have made our stay more enjoyable.

Spring ski trip

This was a nice property to stay for my family’s spring ski trip to Killington. The townhome is a quiet end unit with a nice view of the forest and creek. It’s short walk to the Snowshed Basin area. The indoor pool and hot tub in the community building are a great place to relax after skiing all day.

Great place for an extended family weekend!

Nice place, great location. East access to Killington. Very comfortable bed in the master BR!!Good space for an extended family. Kim was very communicative through the entire process,We did try to get back via the train to the back of the property -- very tough if there is a lot of powder! Better off taking the green trail to the parking lot.

Great location

Weather worked out well for us with enough snow to enjoy the ski home trail. Saves time in getting older kids back together at the same time to drive home.House was awesome and cozy. This is the second time using the same owner. We rented one of their other properties a few years ago. The new electronic locks makes things a lot easier and would definitely inquire about renting the location again.

Not too bad

I know that there is a sentence on there that says you can't clock in until five but I didn't realize how strict that was. I was thinking that from the time our flight landed and the time that we got there, we would get there a little after five anyways, but we actually ended up getting there at 4:45 and it was 4 outside so it wasn't amazing when we had to wait until exactly 5 PM to get inside i'd called the owner but she's a pilot and was flying so she wasn't available. I would recommend that she has somebody else that can answer the phone when she knows she has somebody checking in. I know it was only 15 minutes but those 15 minutes were brutal for a Florida girl like meMy husband runs an IT business so luckily we were able to figure out how to use the TVs, but I definitely recommend the owner try to consolidate all of the remotes. It might be difficult for someone else.I also want to point out that in the master bedroom The shower has a really bad draining issue the water pools at your feet and the toilet doesn't always flush. Will say that the sheets were on the nicer side, and the place felt very homey and it was so close to the Killington resort. We literally walked to it every day and there's a Starbucks next-door so that's awesome. My friend said that the bed that she slept in up stairs, the king bed has an indent on one side maybe time to replace it. other than that, I like the place it was clean and the owner seemed niceI

Great unit for location and size

This unit is a nice size and was very spacious for the 6 adults that were there for a wedding. The walk down the path is not bad, except if you have an older person with you, but the privacy of the end unit is worth it!

Peaceful location with lots of wildlife for June visit.

This was a perfectly placed condo with beautiful views of the wooded area behind. Initial draw from photos was the finer quality bedding in the master bedroom, and it did not disappoint! This was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced while traveling! The kitchen had everything you would need. I love to cook. The community pool, hot tub and sauna were great, but really liked having our own sauna in our condo. My kids loved the bunk bed & window bed. We enjoyed the fireplace every night. Communication with the owner was easy, with quick responses. Tennis courts have been torn down, but with hiking right out your back door and all around, and other activities, there is plenty to do. Or Rutland isn’t far if swimming, a full gym or tennis is an interest. Would definitely stay again! Very clean and well appointed!

Dirty Rental and Hostile Host

We booked this property and certainly did not find it to be “luxury”. The property was very dirty… hair and dirt in the showers, crumbs all over the kitchen, dried food left caked on the kitchen utensils, dirty smudges on the refrigerators, dirty toilet flusher button. The master bathroom shower also did not drain properly so the water pooled up to our ankles. We rented the unit for a jammed packed wedding weekend so did not notify the owner about the conditions until after we left as we did not have time to coordinate the response. We also didn’t want to deal with leaving the property to have it cleaned again when it should have been in the first place. When we reached out after getting home to ask for our cleaning fee returned (not a full refund) she was aggressive, accusing us of being scammers and kept denying any issue even though we took pictures and offered to share with her. She claimed to have checked the until before we arrived so it is clear her standard for cleanliness is not on par with what is to be expected for a rental unit, especially one marketed as luxury. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Nice condo next to Killington

Easy to get to all Killington/Pico lifts. It is a long-ish walk from the car to the end unit- so if you have impaired-family members be careful if there is snow/ice. well stocked kitchen/ supplies. nice to have a tv with channels.

Cleaning disaster!

Upon arrival late in the day, we arrived to an uncleaned 3 bedroom condo. Dirty towels, dirty floors, empty bottles, trash bag on kitchen counter and not a single bed made. Owners offer when contacted was to leave, clean ourselves or take a smaller condo. Her cleaning service was not available. Given time of day, guests still to arrive from other states and long drives, we opted for the smaller condo. However no adjustments to price. Very disappointed management of the condo services was not on site and lacking the experience we expected.

Great Stay!

Trail Creek is very convenient to Killington (just a few steps away) and is ski-in. The condo was very clean and had 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths which is rare. This condo was tucked away in the back corner which was nice. My husband and I brought our son and 3 of his friends and they had a blast. Great spot for families and convenient to everything at Killington.

Great trip!

We enjoyed our long weekend at Killington very much. It was what we were hoping for and more for a fun, relaxing and comfortable stay. Very nice place with everything you would need, great location, very easy check in and out.

I picked this unit for its convenient location for me to pilot my citation 2 at least once per month during the ski season from my home in Miami. There is a little bit of something for everyone at this mountain. Steep bumpy trails to easier green and blue cruisers. Convenient access on this side of the mountain with access to many bars and restaurants. You are right next door to the Killington Grand which has a nice spa for all types of services and a restaurant and bar.

I chose this vacation rental for its location and proximity to the Killington ski slopes. It is also very private with no one above or below me in the condo so no noisy ski boot noise from the above unit. It has a patio off the living room that opens up to a stream on two sides of the property. One of the ski home trails in my backyard access difficult if there is a lot of snow. You can ski home via the snowshed trail. There are two options: one that says trail creek that is a green easy trail all the way to the bridge that crosses into the Trail Creek complex. Be very carful at the bridge snowboarders like to build jumps right before the bridge. Otherwise this trail is easy to navigate. The other option is the ski home for wiffletree that is more of a blue trail not for steepness but is more narrow, it end up near my back door. But you must go towards the road a bit to cross the stream. DO NOT TRY TO CROSS the stream itself. All units are privately owned renovation vary DRAMATICALLY so please make sure you look at the pictures to get what you are looking for.
