This home was beautiful and served our family well with 4 king size bedrooms with bathrooms in all 4 bedrooms. The house itself is amazing, did notice a horrible creak in the master bathroom bathtub when showering and a puddle of water in the family room floor upon arrival. We had bad weather during our stay, 1 degree weather upon arrival, but thankful no snow and the roads were clear, however, if there is snow, it would be almost impossible and not safe to access this home due to the steep and curvy roads (Received several calls while traveling from property management and messages, confirming we were making the trip, it was almost as if they did not want us to keep our reservation). Upon arrival everything worked fine; however, we lost wifi signal shortly after arriving and made a call to property management to see if they could assist us with resetting the router, we were unable to locate the router after hours of searching and it was not located in the master bedroom behind the headboard as we had been told. This was an issue due to one of our guest being a doctor and unable to conduct emergency calls, etc.. Verizon cell phone service did not work for us either and the beautiful home theater was completely useless during our stay since we could not access signal from our cell phones to use as a hot spot or the home's wifi. It would be a good idea to have a dvd player and some movie options for future guests who experience this wifi issue! The worst part of the experience was the rudeness from the property manager who informed us after we called about the wifi issue that we were welcome to find another location to stay and they had people in homes without water and electric. I do understand the importance and priority; however, management should have been helping those individuals find other accommodations and servicing all of their customers, this was a very pricey accommodation to receive such rudeness from management!!!
