The cabin is in Grand View Resort surrounded by panoramic views. Cabin is easy to access on paved roads (no steep roads!) with private parking for up to four cars.

3200 sq. ft cabin includes 4 King bedrooms, 1 Full over Full Bunk room, Game Room, 6 bathrooms (4 full baths and 2 half baths) and a private pool! Great for families!

NOTE: THIS CABIN IS ONLY DOG FRIENDLY. NO OTHER KINDS OF PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Pet Dogs - The pet fee is $200 for up to 2 dogs, each 75 lbs or less.

Please note that the pool is heated to a temp of 84-86 degrees and the pool room temp is set to 82-84 degrees depending on the time of year. Do not expect it to feel like a hot tub that is over 100 degrees. The pool is just warm enough where you can swim all year. These are the optimal settings to keep everything working properly.

The Grand View Resort is also home to the popular Wahoo Zipline. Wahoo Zipline has been America's top rated Zipline since 2008 and is located right at your doorstep inside our Grandview Resort. Wahoo has approximately 2 miles of cables threaded through beech and oak forests at various elevations. All our guests receive 1/2 PRICE at WAHOO ZIPLINE.

House Rules

We’re so happy to host you! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful stay, please review and follow these house rules:

1. Age Requirement
All guests must be 21 or older, except for children accompanied by their parents.

2. Pet Policy
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (max 75 lbs each) with a $199 pet fee. Unauthorized pets or additional animals will result in a $175 fine and possible removal from the property.

3. Sneaking in Pets
If pets are brought in without prior approval and payment, an additional \$175 fee will apply on top of the 199 pet fee.

4. Indoor Pool Rules
– The pool is 4 feet deep. No diving allowed.
– Guests must be 25+ to use the pool alone. All minors must be supervised by adults at all times.
– Use the pool at your own risk.

5. Hot Tub Rules
– The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only.
– Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover.
– Use at your own risk.

6. No Alcohol or Glass in the Pool Area
Drinking is not allowed in the pool area, and no glass items are permitted.

7. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. A $1000 fine will apply for violations.

8. Security Camera
For your safety, one camera is located outside the main entrance. Tampering with or disconnecting it (including the Wi-Fi) will result in immediate removal from the property.

9. Wildlife Notice
This is a cabin in the woods—you may encounter bugs or critters. Please keep windows and doors closed. If you see a bear, do not approach or feed it.

10. No Refunds for Uncontrollable Events
We do not provide refunds for weather conditions, power outages, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

11. No Open Flames
No candles or open fires allowed. Unauthorized flames will result in a $100 fine plus damages.

12. Arrival & Departure Times
Early check-in or late check-out will incur a $50/hour fee. Please plan accordingly.

13. No Parties or Events
This is not a party cabin. Gatherings or events are not permitted. Housekeeping documents the property with time-stamped photos before and after each stay.

14. Barbecue Grill
Please turn off the gas after use.

15. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

16. Host Availability
We’re available to assist you between 9 AM and 10 PM daily. Responses outside those hours may be delayed.
