Enjoy a relaxing vacation at the Beach Bandit featuring a private inground pool with heated spa just a short walk to the beach!
The Beach Bandit is dedicated to providing our guests a fabulous vacation while also not disturbing the full-time residents in the neighborhood. This is a family friendly place to relax and get away from the day-to-day stresses back home. Parties or events of any type are strictly prohibited. The rules and guidelines that have been established are important to us and will be enforced. Please treat our home and community with respect and everyone will have a great time here!
Main Floor Arrangement (Second Level):
The primary bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and access to the primary bathroom and private patio. The primary bathroom includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, dual pedestal sinks, and a large walk-in closet. The private patio is covered and overlooks the pool and has chairs to relax in.
The kitchen includes a full suite of appliances, dinnerware, and utensils. There is also a traditional filter-style coffee pot and a Keurig K-cup coffee maker to help get your morning started! The dining area seats 10 and is open to the large living room. The living room offers comfy seating with a nice open floorplan. There is also a full bath with a stand-up shower and vanity sink. A full-size clothes washer and dryer are on this level for your convenience. Outside enjoy the breeze and ocean views from the covered front porch!
Upstairs Arrangement (Third Level):
There are four bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. The bathroom features a stand-up shower and built in sink. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and double door closet. The second bedroom also features a queen size bed and double door closet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and two twin size beds. All bedrooms have doors for privacy.
Ground Level Arrangement:
Enjoy the beach but need a break from the sand? Get ready to enjoy the private pool and spa! Spa heat is included with every reservation, please inquire about heating the entire pool for an additional fee. The pool area is fenced with a self-latching gate for security. The adjacent covered patio has room for everyone to relax with ample seating options. The outdoor shower is plumbed with hot and cold water for a comfortable rinse off when coming back from the beach. The downstairs garage (not for parking) has items like pool floats, beach toys, and a propane grill to enhance your stay. The pool and beach items may be different than those that are shown in the photos. The front driveway is paved the full width of the house for plenty of room to park up to five cars.
Entertainment:
The living room features a smart TV with Xfinity service and a premium programming package. The channel lineup includes all standard networks as well as sports channels like FS1/2, ESPN, SEC Network, etc. The primary suite and two upstairs queen rooms are equipped with TVs and Roku smart sticks set to guest mode to allow you to stream content from your personal streaming accounts. Wifi is included and broadcast throughout the home.
EV Charging:
We have installed a Level II Charger using a Nema 14-50 outlet with a Grizzl-E Classic Charger with a J1772 Connector. Tesla owners must supply their own SAE J1772 to Tesla Charging Adapter. You can also bring your own Level II portable charger to use in our Nema 14-50 outlet.
Supplies:
The home will be furnished with bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, kitchen paper towel roll, toilet paper (3 per bathroom), a small bottle of dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent pouches, travel size shampoo, travel size conditioner, travel size bar soap, makeup remover wipes, and a new kitchen sponge.
Keep the Peace:
Parties or events of any type are strictly prohibited!
While at the property, 10:00PM and later your noise levels should not be heard by the neighbors. This includes but is not limited to music, yelling, loud vehicles, etc. This a property rule and is also in accordance with HOA guidelines and the Galveston noise ordinance.
Street or road shoulder parking is prohibited (rule of the HOA). Parking is available for 5 cars in the driveway.
RVs, campers, and large trailers (boat, flat-bed, etc.) are not allowed to be parked at the home per the HOA. Compact golf cart and motorcycle trailers are allowed.
Pets other than certified service animals are not allowed. If you have a service animal that must accompany a guest please let me know upon booking so they may be verified.
Security – We have one camera facing the driveway to verify parking restrictions if the neighbors call, and to verify service visits like the pool tech, lawn crew, pest service, mosquito sprayer, and the trash service. We have one camera on the side of the house under the A/C units facing the pool equipment gate to ensure security of the equipment. We also have one camera inside the fully fenced pool equipment area to verify the automatic spa/pool valve function, it cannot see outside the fenced area. There are no other cameras on the property.

The luxurious neighborhood has its own entrance to the beach by foot or you can park directly on the beach using Access Point #16 at 13 Mile road, no permit required. It is a short 3-4 minute walk to the sand!
We use a mosquito spray service that uses a non-toxic solution on the vegetation to reduce the amount of pests around the property.
If you need any additional supplies, food, or drink there is a convenient Dollar General located just across the road from the neighborhood entrance.
