Kolea 11C is a premier beachfront condo at Waikoloa Resort.
There is something for everyone, with direct access to the beach, community pool, workout area, pavilion, and kitchen. Waikoloa Resort features shopping, restaurants, boat tours, golf, luaus, and more!

Paradise is calling from this incredible two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. Once you arrive on the third floor, there is a guest bathroom just off the hallway, and it has dual vanities, a separate stand-up shower and soaking tub, and a private toilet. Off the guest bathroom is the guest room that features a king bed, smart tv, and plenty of closet space.

Off to the right is the laundry room for guests to use. Next, you will enter the open space kitchen, dining, and living room area. The kitchen has plenty of space to make a family meal, and it has upgraded stainless steel appliances and everything your home chef needs.

The dining table has seating for six plus two barstools to pull up to the kitchen island. The living room has space to relax, and the sofa folds out to a queen sleeper. You can open the lanai to let the breeze in and live indoor-outdoor. The patio has a built-in gas grill and refrigerator to cook up a delicious meal or enjoy a cold beverage at the dining table.

You will love the views of Anaeho'omalu Beach (A-Bay), the Waikoloa Anchialine Ponds, and mountains.

Kolea has a walking path to the ponds and the beach, private beach club with an infinity-edge pool, hot tub, sand bottom pool, kitchen, fitness center, and pavilion.

Waikoloa Resort offers fun for all with two shopping centers, restaurants, luaus, boat tours, and much more!

This property was amazing! Clean and very well stocked with everything we needed to barbecue and cook in the gourmet kitchen. Close proximity to shops and restaurants. The pool and access to the beach was great! We’ll be back!

Didn’t disappoint

loved this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished unit with full kitchen. Nice veranda with fantastic Viking BBQ. Large screen TVs in living area and both bedrooms. Lovely view of the beach at A-Bay. Quiet and soundproof.

Great location

Very nice townhome with lots of room for a couple or family. House was clean and had lots of supplies needed for a stay at the beach. Access to beach was easy and nice. The pool was a little small for the size of the community, but you hit the beach daily that isn't a problem. Some neighbors were noisy, but most things quieted down by about 10 pm. Overall, nice property with nice views and good location.

Quiet, good location

Kolea is a quiet development right on Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay) beach. A short walk from the condo to the beach or pool area which is also very nice. The condo itself is nice. There were no problems. It might be about time for a facelift / refresh in the unit as the furniture is showing wear but is not broken or in poor condition.

Loved it! But I wish we'd known about maintenance work scheduled

We absolutely loved this property - very clean, great amenities and good proximity to the pool & beach. The unit is beautiful and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars - there was a fairly significant painting project that took place outside our unit. The equipment beeped loudly every day beginning at 8AM through the day, which was disruptive to our kids sleeping & naps. Also, the workers were painting right on/outside our windows for several days, so we had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. Had we known this would be taking place, we would've packed sound machines, etc to minimize the disruption.

Absolutely Stunning Property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was even more beautiful in person. The layout was perfect for 4 adults and one child. We loved that each room had a king sized bed and more than enough space to move around and that the rooms were far apart from each other. The rental had all the items we needed from cutlery, to appliances, and extra bedding and toiletries. We loved the beach club - the pools were amazing! The direct beach access was a definite plus. The view from the lanai was beautiful - a very calming place to drink coffee/tea in the early morning hours. All in all, an amazing place to stay. Can't wait to come back again.The only negative was that the house was not ready at the check-in time. The cleaning staff needed almost a full hour to finish cleaning but we made the most of that time hanging out at the beach club. The cleaning crew did a wonderful job though. The house was immaculate!

Kolea is a wonderful condominium complex

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kolea offers private condos in a small, well-landscaped area. The units are well built, well insulated and a pleasure to stay in, with a private pool and exercise complex plus access to the beach. This trip we had serious difficulties with our bed which no attempt was made to ‘fix’ until our friends left after 10 days. Then management had the 2nd bedroom bed put in our room. It didn’t fit well (probably a CA king versus a king) and at 2am, it literally fell down. So, needless to say, we were disappointed in the response to fix the bed. While we like Kolea, we will not come back to this unit even though it was well equipped, except for the beds, which are really important. Our reservations were for 3 weeks and we weren’t offered any other options.

Unfortunately, we needed to order a new bed and couldn't have one delivered in time. Island supplies are very limited and it often takes much longer to receive our goods and have them installed. As it was a busy season we did not have alternative options for your length of stay. We also manage homes for individual homeowners so we cannot always move people around easily. We do hope you understand. We are working very hard on resolving the bed situation. Thank you for staying with us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo exceeded our expectations. It was well-equipped with good beach chairs and beach bags to carry our stuff. The bed had a good, comfortable mattress and foam pillows. The kitchen had good quality, sharp knives and plenty of glassware. There was a nice pool with easy beach access to an uncrowded beach. We especially appreciated the reserved, covered parking space. Our only quibble is really more with the development as a whole. There are no street lights and the lava rock pillars that have the building label signs have no lights. So if you will be arriving at night, bring a flashlight as you will need it to identify your building. Likewise, the pillar that holds the keypad to the car entry gate is not lighted. The keypad will light when you touch the first button, but you will need a flashlight to see it initially.I can definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Great location to pool and beach

This property was updated, clean and well stocked with supplies, extra towels and even some beach chairs. Would definitely recommend for two couples. Both bedrooms were large with connected bathroom and large living area.
