Updated Chic Coastal Townhouse. Porcelain tile throughout entire home, walk in showers. A beautiful renovated balcony to sip your morning coffee on. Spacious kitchen with granite countertops! Community pool that is seasonally heated, tennis courts, clubhouse and more. Right across the street from the no drive beach a 3 minute walk. Also a few minute walk to the shopping center and restaurants right next door. Lots of great activities all within walking distance.
HOUSE RULES: All Guests are Required to provide myself with their drivers license, phone number and email. Guests must be 25 years of age and older to rent. Absolutely no smoking inside is allowed! All guest have to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced. -No pets allowed -This not a hotel, and is also my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things) - If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property please contact me.We don't need permission to access the property if there is something that you deem unsuitable, that needs remedy. - We cannot control mother nature. Due to the tropical climate and humidity you may see bugs. We have our home professionally treated for your comfort, however the occasional bug may find its way in. Please keep doors and windows closed, especially at night when the lights are on.
-Smoking is a violation of our house rules and something you can’t do. This leaves the house in a condition not suitable for the next guest. Do not vape inside either. -Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. - makeup/foundation face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our regular towels will result in additional charges . Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. -Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. - Check-in at 4pm/ Check-out at 10am Check out time is STRICTLY 10 AM. - Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $100 USD. - If your late checkout exceeds two hours we will charge you for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs. - This additional day charge is the BASE RATE of the room without discounts that may have been applied - The occupancy limit for this property is 6 and any additional guest on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing - Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges - No parties or events - No loud noises between 9pm-10am - No outside noises between 8pm-10am - No unregistered guests - No illegal activities and weapons of any kind - No smoking of any kind - Park in your designated area. Maximum of 2 cars is allowed. - Do not re-arrange indoor and outdoor furniture - Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by your before departure. - If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave the apartment in, an additional fee of at least $200 cleaning fee will be assessed. -Any house rules violation is ground for immediate termination of your stay Fees • $500 Per day that you are smoking inside or on the property • $100 Late Checkout Fee • $Price of the room for the day with no discounted rate (Base Rate) if the late checkout exceeds 2 hours • $250 Smart Lock replacement if our smart lock equipment is damaged • $100 Lost Parking Tag for hard copy Check in: 4:00 PM and Check Out: 10:00 AM A security cameras are located in the enclosed front porch. Camera is up for your safety and ours and is to remain on at all times. HOUSEKEEPING/CHECK OUT: (There is no daily housekeeping service) 1. Please KEEP UP WITH YOUR LAUNDRY! You are responsible for washing all of the towels you used during your stay, drying them, folding them and putting them back away. The cleaner is only responsible for 2 to 3 loads of laundry which is your bedding. Any extra loads you leave for the cleaners will be $25 per load and you will be charged for it. At departure, please strip beds and place bedding in the down stairs bathroom. 2. All dishes, pots & pans used during your stay must be cleaned before you leave. 3. Please dispose ALL food you've purchased from the refrigerator and cupboards. 4. Please take ALL trash (Kitchen, bedrooms & bathrooms) to the dumpster. 5. The B.C. is not liable or responsible for returning personal items left behind. The host will also not be held responsible to return items left behind. 6. Please set the thermostat to 78 degrees in the summer and 70 degrees in the winter upon departure. 7. Please lock the town home and all sliders and windows at departure. 8. Please turn all lights and fans off. 9. Please place keys back inside lockbox mounted on wall. There will be a $50 charge for lost or misplaced keys. 10. Please leave parking pass on kitchen counter when checking out. There will be a $100 fee for lost parking pass, hard copy. 11. If the cleaner reports the house smells of cigarettes it will be an extra $500 per day that you stayed there fee. 12. You will be billed for any damaged or missing items. 13. Please do not leave the doors and windows open when the AC is on as it can burn the unit out and you will be responsible to pay for the repair. 14. Do not remove televisions from the wall or unplug them. Furniture, decor, and anything on the wall is to stay in its location. 15. You will be billed for $50 per Lost remote for the tv and also for each fan remote that is lost.

Family Spring Break Vacation
We had a nice stay in the Bahamian Club rental. Rooms were clean and kitchen stocked. We were so close to the beach and restaurants/stores were in walking distance. Host was very responsive. We had a great stay.

Quite Getaway
The perfect quite beach getaway location with lots of amenities. There is a community pool, shuffle board, tennis, pickleball and more.

Excellent getaway at the beach!
Everything was perfect for our long weekend! Perfect location and great for kids! The beach was literally right across the street and just a short walk, or plenty options to park. Package store and small grocery next door to property. Convenient for everything. Will be back soon!

Relaxing beach getaway!
This was the perfect spot for our beach getaway. The townhouse was great. The beachy chic decor was refreshing and fun. We loved that the tile floors ran throughout the house. Nice big kitchen fully stocked with all the necessities. I enjoyed walking my dogs around the property. The mature vegetation provided quite a bit of shade from the hot Florida sun. Christie, the owner, was friendly and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway.

Beautiful condo perfect for family getaway
We stayed at this condo over spring break. Our family of five enjoyed the condo and my kids loved that they could each have their own place to sleep with the couch in the living room doubling as a day bed. The condo was conveniently located next to a Dollar General market, restaurants, and shops. While we weren’t on the beach, it was an easy walk there. The normal beach access closer to the condo was closed due to storms destroying the stairs to the beach, but another public beach access was less than 1/4 mile away.

Just relax
We had a wonderful time in New Smyrna Beach. The only thing i would have owner change is the furniture in living room. Two twin beds and two straight back chairs to sit on was very uncomfortable. Two fold out sofas would nake more since, or atleast two comfortable chairs for tv watching in the evening.

I’m sorry you thought the furniture was uncomfortable. You are the first person ever to mention that to me and I have been renting for a few years now. I do wish that you would have mentioned a positive though that I let you have a 3 1/2 hour early check-in and did not charge you for it. I’m so so happy I was able to accommodate you with your early check-in and get you situated, even though it was last-minute and unannounced.

Relaxing vacation
Condo was great. There were a few maintenance issues and I was happy to change out some light bulbs.
The Bahamian condo complex is quiet, heavily wooded,
nice heated pool and friendly, older neighbors who we played pickleball with.
Beach access is restricted following last Fall's hurricane damage. But still only a 3 minute drive and a 10 minute walk.
The adjacent shopping center is very convenient including 2 nice restaurants and doesn't detract at all from the quiet ambience. This is a nice part of New Smyrna Beach, which is a great community

Our 2 bedroom, 2 story, 2 1/2 bath town home is located in the Bahamian Club. Our home comes fully furnished from linens to silverware and includes a washer and dryer on the first floor. Our townhouse has basic cable, HBO, and free wifi. We have a heated community pool, a cabana, 2 shuffleboard courts, and a tennis and pickleball court. Come enjoy "A Slice of Paradise."
