The entrance is located in the back of the property where a staircase will guide you to the front door. As you enter the cottage, you will be charmed by the hardwood floors that span the interior of the property and the endlessly high ceilings with a lofted upper level. You first see the dining area with unique embellishments and a modern dining table set when you walk in. You and two others can gather around the table for breakfast each morning before setting off to explore New Smyrna Beach.

As you make your way to the kitchen, you will be astonished by its striking appearance and open layout design. Upscale cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and bright white solid-surface countertops exude an inviting atmosphere. This fully equipped kitchen comes supplied with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware, dishwasher, and microwave. From the kitchen, you will enter the living space. Furnished with a love seat that doubles as a pull-out sofa and accent chair, there is ample space for you and yours to spend quality time. The lively space also offers a 65in LG TV where you can sit back and relax to a movie. A desk located in the back of the living area allows guests to enjoy a flexcation and get some work done. Adorned with turf flooring and two rocking chairs, this space allows for a breath of fresh air and a view of Flagler Ave.

Venture to the primary bedroom where you will find a queen bed and calming blue hues. This cozy space will allow for a great night’s rest after a long day in NSB. The bedroom also offers a Hisense 40 in TV, a ceiling fan, and a mirrored closet. Across from the primary bedroom is the bathroom which is equipped with a shower and tub combo and a spacious sink area.

Head up the stairs to discover the loft. Furnished with a queen bed and accent chair, this room has a double-sided view of the lower level. On the right side, you will see the living area, and on the left side the dining area. This space also offers plenty of space in the walk-in closet. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
