ABOUT THE HOUSE

Curl up on two sofas and armchairs beside the wood-burning fireplace and 40' TV in the living room.

Meal prep is easy in the well-equipped kitchen with all the essential cookware. When dinner's ready, dish up at the dining table with seating for six.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, deck access, and a closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The loft features five twin beds, a closet, and 26' TV.

A bathroom on the entry-level has a walk-in shower, while a bathroom on the second floor features a tub/shower combination.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and washer/dryer , and parking for one vehicle in the private carport are provided.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

LOCATION

This fantastic midtown location puts you close to a host of year-round activities. Drive 2 minutes to the California Lodge at Heavenly. Come summer, head 3 minutes to Ski Run Marina to rent kayaks, boats, and paddleboards. After a morning on the lake, enjoy an afternoon sprawled out on the beach.

Enjoy the seasonal swimming pool at the clubhouse. Or, challenge your crew to a game of ping-pong or billiards.

Drive 7 minutes to Bijou Park where you will find volleyball courts, a skateboard park, a bike park, and one of the country's top disc golf courses.

THE FINE PRINT

Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 2 car(s), enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 - in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. No pets of any kind are allowed unless specifically noted in listing. VHR lic.# 010010.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
