High ceilings soar in the sunny living room. Make some popcorn and kick back on a plush sectional for a movie night on the 50in TV. A gas fireplace adds warm ambience, and a handsome desk makes is handy for checking emails.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of glossy counter space, a gas range, and a French-door fridge make meal preparation a breeze.
Two can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar, and a polished wood table seats six to special meals.

This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms.
The tranquil master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed, gas fireplace, and a 55in TV. The spa-like en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, jetted tub, double vanity, and a separate water closet.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and an adjacent guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
The third guest room has a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. A pristine tub/shower combination can be found in the nearby guest bathroom.
OUTDOOR AREA
All-around fencing lends a secluded feel to the backyard. Gather on the deck for alfresco meals -- a gas grill is at the ready for when cookout inspiration strikes.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway).
This rental does not have air-conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Over-occupancy is not permitted.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
All leases require a minimum 30-day term.

Strict ordinances govern South Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. VHR 009974.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
