Our home offers 1900 sq. ft. of living area and a SPLIT FLOOR PLAN with 3 Bedrooms & 3 full Baths, which provides lots of privacy and quiet nights for parents or families traveling together.

You will have access to the entire house, and you will be given a code to the keyless entry door lock on the day of your arrival.

There are 2 locked closets and a cabinet for our personal belongings as well as 2 cabinets in the kitchen.

Other things to note:
Please remember that you're staying in a private house that we love. Please treat the space with respect like you would treat your own home.

You must be 25+ years old to book. No third party bookings are accepted.

No Smoking inside the home or on the property

The house has a Blink camera doorbell and a smart front light that automatically goes on in the evening and off in the morning.

Our house is great for families, but is not childproof for families with small children. (the pool is not gated, power outlets are not covered, cabinets are not locked, there’s a step down into the main bedroom and also into the lounge).

A pool tech comes weekly to clean the pool of any fallen debris and ensures the chemistry of the pool is proper. However, we cannot prevent leaves and debris from falling into the pool just prior to your arrival or during your stay.

There’s an extra charge of $25 per day if you want the pool temp above 80 degrees.
