This beautiful house is located on Bird Key, a small island offshore to Downtown, St. Armands Circle and Lido Key. Bird Key, with its nice, quiet and safe neighborhood is one of the most beautiful areas in Sarasota.
The location offers you a lot of amenities only a couple of minutes of drive or by walk or bike. The well known beach on Lido Key is only a 5 minute drive away and offers you a long walk up to the peak of Longboat Key on the one side and to Siesta Key on the other side. Here you can enjoy the warm water of the Gulf of Mexico as well as beautiful sunsets.
Only 3 minutes away you can reach the popular St. Armands Circle. Here you find many different shops and restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s a wonderful spot to go for a stroll. The Main Street with its beautiful art galleries, shops and restaurants can be reached by a nice walk over the bridge to Downtown.
The house itself offers you an open floor plan with a formal living room, a grand formal dining area, a family room with a large TV as well as a small breakfast area that is connected to the full equipped kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms has a bathroom with a shower and a tub. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk in closet and a large bathroom with a whirlpool bath tub. The garage offers space for one car and the laundry room is equipped with a washer and a dryer.
The poolarea offers a large heated (optional) pool and a nice space to relax. Here you can watch the sunrise as well as the sunset and enjoy the warm evenings outside.

The pool heating service is available for an additional $100 per week, plus 13% tax. The pool will be heated to a comfortable 85°F. Please note that the pool is electrically heated and this service is optional. While we take every precaution to ensure the pool is heated to the specified temperature, weather conditions may affect the pool's heating efficiency.
